Inferior quality goods with additional charges - and no customer service
I purchased a Specialized Remora Aero Storage Rahmentasche in Oct 2015-- the straps to attach it to my bike broken after only 2 months of normal use! It is absolutely unacceptable. I suspect it was an old stock that the rubber was already hardened. Emailed Nano Bike to complain and asked for replacement. However never receive any reply from them. On the surface the price seems a bit cheaper but they actually charge customer 2% service fee for using Paypal! DO NOT order anything from them. They simply ignore the customer after dumping their out dated stocks.
