The high quality of the tincture and speedy delivery.
The bottle was extremely hard to open !!
Also the neck of bottle is too wide to accept my oral syringe. I use that to measure the right doses as otherwise you spill the tincture out of the spoon !!

Really glad the product itself has been fantastic. We're sorry the delivery took longer than expected on this occasion. The order was dispatched from our end on Tuesday within our quoted dispensing window, but unfortunately DPD took a day longer than they should have to complete the delivery. That's not something we can always control, but we understand how frustrating it is, particularly when a patient is waiting on something they need. We'll keep an eye on this with the courier for future but for the time being, we have refunded the cost of shipping for you as a result of this delay.
