Although individual tasks were…

Although individual tasks were generally completed satisfactorily, the project as a whole seemed more like a set of unrelated features than a unified system. Ensuring a consistent user experience across modules proved to be an ongoing challenge. Narola Infotech did not handle underlying issues with transparency; instead, they continued billing us without disclosing that some of the problems had originated from their own work. This lack of honesty and accountability severely undermined our trust in their professionalism.

Not Quite What We Hoped For

The team was friendly and responsive at first, but the execution didn’t match the initial enthusiasm. The app worked, but it didn’t feel intuitive or well-tested. We expected more attention to detail.

Inflexible and Rigid

Inflexible and Rigid
Narola Infotech was unwilling to adapt to our changing requirements. Even minor tweaks were met with resistance or extra charges. Their rigid approach made collaboration difficult.
We were kept in the dark about progress and setbacks. There was no clear roadmap, and they didn’t share sprint reports or milestones. It felt like we were flying blind.

Misleading Portfolio
Their portfolio looked impressive, but the actual work we received was nowhere near that standard. It seems like they showcase their best work but assign junior developers to new clients. Very misleading and disappointing. There was no dedicated project manager, and tasks were passed around without accountability. Deadlines were missed, and we had to constantly chase updates. It felt chaotic and

Hoping for a robust inventory management app, I chose Narola Infotech based on their “proven track record.” What I got was a barely functional prototype with frequent crashes and data mismatches that disrupted our supply chain. Their code was a mess, outdated frameworks, no error handling, and zero documentation, making fixes a nightmare. Their so-called QA process missed basic bugs like input validation errors, which surfaced during live operations. Requests for revisions were met with delays and pushback, with developers claiming issues were “edge cases” despite being core functions. The team’s inexperience was glaring, and their refusal to take ownership forced us to abandon the project. Narola’s lack of rigor and accountability is a dealbreaker for any serious business.

Worst experience

Worst experience – avoid unless you’re an IT expert.

I was working with Narola via Upwork for over two years and spent more than $20,000, only to end up with a broken API backend that delayed my app launch. Their developers lack basic coding standards and practices, which made the entire project a disaster.

No security: anyone with my domain URL could access files on my server, and anyone with the socket URL could upload files directly into my database.

Poor coding practices: they used raw SQL queries over sockets (huge security risk), ignored design patterns, and left a codebase that is completely disorganised.

Unusable performance: the API crashed when just 3–4 users made requests.

Outdated tech: for iOS, they stuck with UIKit instead of modern Swift frameworks.

I eventually had to hire a new team to fix their mess, costing me double my budget. Even then, my only option is to rewrite the backend completely before launch.

Narola’s incompetence almost crushed my dream. I lost over $20,000 with nothing usable in return.

Learn from my mistake: don’t hire them unless you’re ready to rebuild everything from scratch.

I hired Narola to work on various…

I hired Narola to work on various projects. After almost 9 months nothing was delivered and/or working and their poor business practices left us having to deal with two serious security breaches - including all our codebases being stolen.

The common theme with Narola is that they will promise everything can be done, minimise your concerns or worries, consistently attempt to 'add more resource (at a cost)' and never actually deliver anything that works.

One individual in particular was rude, dismissive and used chatGPT to respond to my concerns/requests and whilst he was the 'Senior Project Manager' didn't actually have a clue what we were trying to build and would only show up to argue with me.

We have spent tens of thousands of pounds with Narola and nothing works... When I raised this with them and that it's likely we will leave them - they couldn't have cared less. We're left with huge delays, lost opportunity and significant financial loss. The reality is that they've delivered nothing of use...

Unfortunately - I'd recommend you stay away.

Working with Narola Infotech was deeply disappointing. Despite promising high-quality software solutions, they delivered a bug-riddled website and app that were barely functional. Once payment was made, their team became virtually unresponsive, ignoring requests for support and failing to fix major issues. Communication felt deliberately vague, with no real accountability or professionalism. It came across as a company focused more on revenue than on delivering value or client satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend partnering with them unless you're willing to accept poor service and broken promises.

Communication was a major issue…

Communication was a major issue throughout the project. Updates were vague and infrequent, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers. It felt like my project was not a priority for them. I would not recommend this company.

Narola Infotech

Narola Infotech failed to deliver a usable website and app. Bugs were everywhere, and they ignored all requests for fixes once the payment was made. Their communication was inconsistent, vague, and unhelpful. It felt like they were only interested in getting paid, not delivering quality. I'd strongly advise others to avoid working with them.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Narola Infotech. I hired them to develop a website and mobile app, but they failed to deliver a complete product. Several important features were missing, despite being clearly outlined in our agreement.

After payment, communication became poor, and my concerns were ignored or met with vague responses. I expected a professional service, but what I received was far from it. I do not recommend this company based on my experience.

The level of professionalism at Narola Infotech left much to be desired. The work was riddled with errors, and their team lacked the expertise they claimed to have. Overall, it was a waste of time and resources. Look elsewhere for better results.

My experience with Narola Infotech was not positive. Their team was uncooperative, and communication was a constant struggle. The project took much longer than promised, and the end product still had major flaws. I wouldn’t recommend them.
