I was so pleased that the team at Nat & Nin put up with my endless enquiries as to "where's my bag"! Probably because I am impatient and wanted it NOW! The team were so helpful and patient with me right up until I let them know that my bag had arrived and beyond actually. I can say that it was well worth the wait. Its absolutely gorgeous and I've not seen anything like it before - it was the Tracy Boho Chic bumbag. The wait was not Nat & Nin's fault it was my end in Australia - the post was extremely slow which compared to the rest of the world it shouldn't be. I now have two bags from Nat & Nin and love them both. So versatile and go with everything. You won't be disappointed. The customer service is great, something we don't find very often.
