I'd signed up for a good introductory deal with the mentality that I would cancel when it was over but the kids absolutely love what they've started to call the smart pants magazine. You get an email with tips on how to engage with your children as you read along with suggestions for extra activities which is really helpful too.

Still trying to engage screen based kids!
It is not really a fair review as my 7 year grandson is choosing "not to be a reader" at present, despite my encouragement. I enjoy the magazine and have tried several times to engage him and my 9 year old grandson as well.
A sad indictment as I used to be a high school English teacher too.

We ordered this for our pre-school grandchildren. They loved looking for sticker pages, were interested in learning about the various animals, and we enjoyed the time spent looking through the magazines with them.

The gift that keeps on giving
We absolutely love National Geographic Kids and Little Kids Magazine - it truly feels like a gift that keeps giving. The kids get so excited each month when something arrives in the mail just for them.
The content is always interesting, informative, and genuinely engaging. National Geographic Little Kids is perfect for our 6 yr old - colourful, and easy to follow. National Geographic Kids is ideal for our 9 yr old - it challenges her curiosity and teaches her so much about the world in a fun way.
We especially love how interactive the magazines are. The activities, quizzes, and fun facts make it something we can enjoy together, not just something they read alone. It’s become such a lovely monthly ritual in our home.

This magazine subscription is one of the best things I have purchased for my grandchildren.
