The staff at National Tyre Halford Garage Brislington did a great job looking after me and my car when I took it in for a full service and MOT. Nkosi was great booking a time and place over the telephone even though the system seemed quite slow. Kash in particular was excellent to deal with in the initial drop off/ interaction.
On collection the young lady on reception moved a car blocking my way out and even positioned my car for me.
A good garage job and attentive customer service bravo!

As a female even in this day and age, sometimes things like taking the car for an MOT or Service can be a challenge and result in dismissal or patronisation if further clarification is requested. The Team at Parker Lane Burnley were polite, friendly and explained things in a way that did not make me feel uncomfortable. The online communication wasn't great but that's not a reflection on the team on the ground. When I rang them for an update as the online link didn't work, they answered quickly and with empathy. Will be booking in again next year, or for any interim work needed based on this experience. Would highly recommend.

Great bunch of mechanics! Helpful, polite and even though I arrived half an hour before my appointment, they didn't make me wait. I handed my keys over and was told to return within the hour. Again, i was early but my car was ready and waiting and all work complete! Thank you all!

Got my front tyres changed one Saturday and they nicked it. I told the chaps on that day and the duty manager, all were lovely. Told I would hear from the manager on the Monday. Two and half weeks later, I had to go in as I never heard from him after several attempts. He said he was on holiday, he wasn't. He said he didn't know anything about it, he did. He wanted me to go to a local firm to arrange to get my alloy repaired but this wasn't feasible because of my work. I asked for a refund, but was only offered a set amount, which by now of over 4 weeks, I didn't find was enough. He then asked for pictures, when I showed these (before and after) he told me that they seemed distorted, basically calling me a lier. After contacting head office and getting his manager, he even called me a lier! I work as a workshop control for a brand and I know these things happen but they are sorted within a week, not seven weeks and I don't call the customer a lier!

Excellent service and professional experience throughout and would recommend them to anyone.

Visited National tyred Alty this morning, nice welcome from Terrie on arrival, had work done on my car without a y problems, spoke to Andy the previous day, who was great over the phone, all the staff were very professional and the atmosphere in reception between the staff was quite funny and it was great to see people happy whilst working, many thanks.

Got a nail in my rear tyre day before long drive, went on Halfords website and got a booking for same morning at the Northenden branch. Was greeted by Nathan who was extremely polite and courteous, unfortunately tyre couldn’t be repaired, i kind of knew this because I saw how much damage the nail had caused. They had a replacement tyre in stock and changed it, kept me informed during process. The whole thing was sorted in under an hour. Highly recommend.
