Very disappointed with the service we encountered. No updates, terse communications. Kept waiting for nearly 2hours onsite despite being told the Tyre would be replaced by the time we got there and there being no other vehicles being worked on during that time. Would not recommend baes on our experience.

Travelled for 30 miles to the Brecon branch. Arrived 1.5 hours before closing time. Two staff, one car in the workshop not being worked on. I was informed that they could not do anything for me because they were closing. In my opinion the staff were totally disinterested in customers. Will never use national tyres again, plenty of other providers who don’t have the same death wish.

I visited the team at Macon way Crewe this morning for 4 x new tyres and would like to say a big thank you to Cerris and Kyle for a 5 star experience, friendly & polite and the timings were to perfection.
Don’t forget to tell the bosses about installing a complementary drinks machine in the waiting room 🤣🤣

Even with an appointment you have to expect a likely delay as they're always busy, but the building and lack of facilities makes it a poor experience. Changing 2 tyres so obviously waited rather than dropping off vehicle but taking over an hour in poor building isn't that great. Shame, because they're good staff doing the best they can.

Disgusting. Had an appointment for 3pm. Tyres not done until 4:38. Staff not friendly either. Won’t return.

Interim service, MOT and new battery: Very easy to book appointment via website. Booking was for 8:30. No waiting, car was checked in and they started work on it straight away. They phoned me when the car was ready for collection. Staff were friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Ordered online 2 weeks notice tyres shown in stock get an email today not available despite due to be fitted in two days time , took time off work for fit on drive very dispointing no solution offered now waiting 7 days for refund pretty poor service looking as other reviews not great

Took car for free brake check and tyres. MOT advisory week earlier said rear pads 90% worn. Collected car after tyres replaced and asked about the brake check which was also booked. Was told there was no issues with the brakes. I queried this again and mentioned to MOT advisory. The the technician then had a quick look and confirmed that the pads DID need replacing as only 10% left on them. Had I not have queried their initial findings i would have driven away with sub standard brakes and possible further damage to the discs. E mail sent to Customer Services requesting exactly what brake checks had been carried out and how they reached the conclusion that brakes were ok.

Response received: "After looking into the job in more detail with the team at Cannock, unfortunately the original brake inspection wasn't carried out. Because the job was allocated to the tyre fitter and not a technician, it didn't show on his tablet as he is not brake trained. The only technician on site during your visit on Sunday was on MOT's all day and unfortunately was unable to carry out the brake check, so the job was deleted off of your booking which is why it isn't listed on your invoice as completed works.

While I understand that this is disappointing to read, as it is for me to type, and I have raised this with our online team to prevent free checks being booked on a Sunday, as they are designed for tyres and MOT's only.

Im sorry this wasnt explained to you on the day, which would have avoided a lot of this. I have passed all of these findings onto the centre manager of Cannock as well as the Regional Manager to ensure we deliver the standards of customer service our customers deserve."

So basically they had lied and they have now admitted never even did the brake check! If this is how they view safety with brake issues then I will steer clear of using them again. They cannot be trusted to carry out the work and then lie about doing it

Friendly staff, efficient, value for money, showed me the inner tyre wear and explained the importance of getting 4-wheel tracking. All done within the hour. I used to go to ATS - now I'll be going to National Tyres and Autocare.

Although staff are friendly do not book your car in for a diagnostic test here. If they can’t carry out the work you will have to take your car to another garage who will have to repeat the test and charge you for it - £50 down the drain. On the plus side I have found a local Honda specialist who I’ll go to in future for all my repairs.

They kept car and made fake promise to do car within one day and asked to come another day and also refused to provide blue light discount. It was just to change car valves, they charged me 30 each tyres.
