My car wouldn't start whilst I was leaving Sainsbury's car park so I went over to the Halfords Auto Centre and a lovely young man accompanied me back to my car with a battery pack and got it started. He explained it was my battery that needed changing but he did not pressurise me to return to the auto centre but I drove straight over. He checked to see if they had battery for my car and told me the price. I asked him to change the battery for me which he did. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did to help me.
I did not realise they did car MOT plus brakes etc., I always thought they just sold tyres.
My whole family will now be using the auto Centre for our mot's and car maintenance.
I just wanted to thank him and the other guy on reception for being so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
If you need help with your car make sure you check with these guys first for a quick superb service!

I booked a mot at the Brecon branch which initially failed but was advised if the fog bulb was sorted then they would retest later . They did this and it passed. During this time all the staff were great especially Scott. I shall return for tyres in the very near future.

Tyres were reasonably priced. The guys were friendly and efficient. Job completed satisfactorily and in time I was told it would. No complaints, would definitely use again.

As usual left my MOT to the last minute. They fitted me in promptly. The man on the desk talked me through the day and the service I would receive. Great work carried out. Would definitely return

In July I had two tyres which I felt were getting poor treads. I went to get them checked at National in Hamilton. Much to my pleasant surprise they told me both were OK and, after asking roughly how many miles I did a year in that car, they said not to worry about it and get them re-checked in later October / early November. I did this and both needed replaced. No attempt at trying to get a sale earlier than was needed. Enhances my trust in the staff there, who were also very friendly.

Very helpful staff despite being a busy day and staff being off due to very bad weather. Explained everything very well in a way that was easy to understand. This garage was much better than the usual one in Newport Road.

Booked by phone with no problem. I dropped my vehical off at appointed time,the work (full servce and wishbone replacement ) was completed and done on time .I was offered to bring it back for wheel allignment check later as it had been adjusted .All in all good service .

Very quick mot told me would be ready In about 2 hours but only took 1,15 mins. Explained thoroughly my advisories, average cost of fix’s and how it is done. Hand over was fast and the staff were very helpful
