Consistently excellent
I use National Car Rental consistently when I travel for business, which is as much as 3-4 times per month. I've called when my flight was coming in very late and they stayed open for me, and I've been upgraded to fantastic vehicles that suited my large family well when I've been on personal trips. Very good deals, great service.

We hired from Brisbane airport. We had no problems with the vehicle or the process to hire and return our vehicle. It was clean and in good condition. No complaints!

Unlike AVIS this company cares about…
Unlike AVIS this company cares about customer service. They also maintain their fleet so that you don't get stranded without navigation. Avis is a one-star car rental company that could learn a lot from National.
