Hopeless Customer Support at National Cycle Inc

I will let you know about problems that have occurred with my SwitchBlade mounts.
I purchased the SwitchBlade Deflector Quick Release Windshield earlier this year. I retrofitted this on my Harley Davidson FXST 2000 model 2 months ago, everything was fitted according to the instructions that came with the SwitchBlade kit and the screws were tightened with a torque wrench to 8.6 Nm.
After 2 months of use the screen started dangling, when I dismantled the Switchblade mounts I discovered that 3 of the hook mounts have broken off, After closer examination, the metal at the hook mounts seems to be exstremely brittle at the hooks.
I contacted the National Cycle Inc and told theme about the problems I had with this SwitchBlade mount kit + I sent theme pictures of the original cardboard plate with this SwitchBlade mount kit when I purchased approx 6 month ago, this picture also showed National Cycle all data on this kit and pictures of the broken hook, but to no use at all since
National Cycle Inc had no intention to replace the broken parts.
So to you guys who is wondering about buying windshields and other parts to your bike from National Cycle Inc, run like hell in the other direction and buy windshields and parts from other producers since Customer Support at National Cycle Inc is a' total disaster.
