Hello Nu,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we apologize for any negative experience you have had during your time in the program. National Debt Relief put me in more DEBT

National Debt Relief put me in more debt after making on time payments to them for one year. This is because they could not reach a settlement with Discover Credit Card- and I was recieving notices to appear in court from them. After these notices, National DEBT Relief consilidated my debt with Reach Financial. And now I am paying $352.00 per month. Now I am really in debt. I am so sorry I signed onto this program. Please do your research before signing on.

Hello Nicole,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the stress and frustration this situation has caused you. While every creditor responds differently to negotiation efforts, receiving court notices is understandably alarming, and we regret that you felt unsupported during that time. We understand that the process of debt relief can be complex, and we assure you that our team always strives to make every effort to provide clear and transparent information about our programs and processes. Reach Financial is offered as an alternative option to clients who become eligible to resolve their debt through consolidation. We're sorry to hear that our program did not meet your expectations and apologize misunderstanding regarding Reach Financial.

Thank you,

I am upset at the fact that my settlement program was interrupted by a change of my account numbers. In turn making me think I was right on course while actually it was derailed, but hopefully it's back on course to improving my credit. Christopher Scott Scherer

I was in need help

I was in need of help.
I called them. The whole experience was explained to me step by step. I understood. I agreed knowing it would take time. My loan payment was set to what I could afford.
I felt safe when the paperwork was completed. Glad I called them. I had 8 credit cards I put on my list. I had to retire and my income reduced significantly.
6 of them have accepted deals. Very pleased with my decision.
