National Driver Training Safety's Defensive Driving
Having watched the full videos, which put me way over the 6 hours, I felt that I got much more professional information out of the course than I have out of previous ones. However, the very professional information was marred by very unprofessional editing and vetting. Someone with good language skills needs to proofread every word, video, random potential page question, and random potential Final Exam question.

The course is what is supposed to be
The course is what is supposed to be, informative. There is a lot of material to be read. The audio is an automated voice, which is not that helpful, but after sometime I got used to it. A lot of times the videos come in disrupting a reading of a certain subject and when the next page comes, I realize that the reading is just continuing from what I read before the video, and that is very annoying and difficult to keep up with the subject being read.
If the course was more videos then reading, I think I could get more information in.

The website is terribly outdated
The website is terribly outdated, the instructions are not clear, we got o study guide yet one is constantly referenced. There is a parent driving hours section that we can't get into. I think this company needs to get itself updated, a lot. It's very unusable. And when I reached out for assistance I got no response.
