The process remains unnecessarily…
The process remains unnecessarily complicated conpared with trainline.
It is extremely irritating to have to put coachcard details in twice especially when one is a frequent traveller.
It’s not necessary.
Rail services just ask for the rail card to be shown with the ticket. National Express could do the same!

Absolutely Shambles of a company
Absolutely Shambles of a company. Left my wife stranded in Nottingham last night when the Last bus at 7.50 just didn't turn up.. no notifications.. no way to track the bus. No way to contact the company and an ignorant driver who pulled in heading to London that just ignored her inquiry as he was going the other way... untrustworthy avoid at all costs

Bus stop suspended but not notified
Bus stop suspended but not notified. Only aware when arriving for bus there was a poorly placed sign with misleading info but in any case even if info had been accurate I had no time to go to the next stop in time to jet bus. Last bus of the day also. Tried to get to next stop by taxi but did not make it on time. No coomunication and app stated no issues with this service.
