Parcel to wrong address

They have delivered a parcel to my house which is the wrong address and getting in touch with them to tell that seems to be almost impossible.

Poor quality merch, even poorer quality customer service

Purchased a Jamie xx hoodie at Lido festival on 7th June for £65. After the very first wash (all washing instructions on the label adhered to) the white print on black material has cracked. It’s gotten worse with each subsequent wash. I’ve sent 5 emails so far between 10th June and today and have been told once that my enquiry has been directed to the Lido team to respond directly and once that my enquiry has been chased. I’ve received no further email responses and no resolution whatsoever. Thankfully I paid via credit card that day so I’ll be contacting my credit card provider to do a chargeback. Don’t waste your money on the extremely poor quality merch. And don’t expect a resolution to your problem.

Never again

Never again. Absolutely appalling customer service. Took money viq ticketmaster for BST Hyde park tickets with merch, 5 months later still no merch received. No telephone contact number. Constantly being fobbed off via email. A truly horrible company. Will never use again

Avoid buying from this company if you need customer service

Avoid this company if you need to contact them. They were running the merchandising outlets for the Laver Cup tennis at the O2 Arena in September. I wanted a particular T-shirt in a particular size; just before paying for it, I looked closely and saw that the one I'd been handed wasn't the size I'd asked for. The assistant told me they didn't have my size and without apologising he just wafted an arm in a couldn't-care-less way towards the other T-shirts on display. So I selected another and made sure it was the right size. When I unwrapped it at home the following day, this T-shirt had long sleeves!! The guy serving me had failed to point out this key feature, and there was no clue on the displayed item that it was anything other than short-sleeved. (Who wears long-sleeved T-shirts anyway??). Since then I have tried to contact the company via the "Contact Us" facility on their website to ask for a short-sleeved replacement or just a refund. They stated that they would get back to me within 48-72 hours. This was on 25th September; I also emailed them at "enquiries 'at' nationalmerchandise.co.uk". It is now 16th October and I've heard nothing. Clearly, by ignoring me, they are amply demonstrating their customer service doctrine.
