Great communication with my rep on what to expect, how it works, etc.
My IRS tax debt of over $16k was settled for about 3%. Not only was my tax debt been settled for under the amount, that was quoted at my initial call, but all Federal Tax Liens will also be removed as well.
I am happy with the representative that I had, she was very thorough, explained everything in detail and explained what to expect with each step.

I received a phone call from (757) 745-2847 in Virginia. The female robot stated according their records at National Tax Debt LLC I have an unpaid tax debt and press "1" to speak to someone. I pressed one and was instantly disconnected. I called back and same response, disconnected. The office is actually in California. I dont have any tax debt and this is simply a scam and they are calling massive numbers of people trying to get money. Avoid like the plague.

I call this people and they told me that everithing was going to be perfect and they will reduce my debt with the irs and I will only pay like 1500$ at the end and they charge me for that work 5k , paying 150 monthly and I say good cause I am paying now 300$ monthly to the irs.

Well one year after I end paying 225$ monthly to the irs and 150 to this people.

If you beleive that is a good work and it is not a scam good for you

I am so glad that I finally made the call to national tax debt. You will not regret it trust me I Kept putting it off over and over because of the stress. I waited to post a review to make sure that they followed through once they were paid in full and everything was completed with the IRS. I'm glad I waited. After paying National Tax Debt in full and paying what NTD sent me in their letter of what the IRS settled in compromise, months later I receive a letter back from the IRS saying that I did not fulfill my end of the deal because I paid LESS than what was agreed upon. According to NTD this is not their fault. They claim they "sent me what the IRS sent to them" but I never saw what the IRS sent to them. Now I have to come up with MORE money and try to get it to the IRS in a WEEK in hopes that they continue to keep my compromise. For a single mom this is difficult. NTD has been paid in full, so why should they care if the IRS comes back to me demanding more money.

I went through a financial hardship and ended up owing the IRS tens of thousands of dollars. After trying to resolve the issue with the IRS, I quickly realized that they do not want to hear about your circumstances. They are trained, solely, to take money from your pocket. I needed professional help to communicate my circumstances to the IRS. Also; I needed someone who could guide me through the "Fresh Start" process.

I called National Tax Debt LLC (located in Fullerton, Ca) and through their expertise and guidance, I was able to receive an "Offer in Compromise" acceptance letter from the IRS. They prevented the IRS from garnishing my wages and collecting back taxes.

National Tax Debt(NTD) is professional and punctual.
When you're in trouble with the IRS, you need representation to negotiate for you. I really don't think I would have "won" against the IRS without NTD's support.
