Ms. Leslie Flores was very thorough and very detailed. I really appreciate all her time and effort in helping me resolve this situation. I would definitely recommend this company if you owe the IRS.

The promise of help with my tax debt was minimal at best. Only after I fully paid my fee to National Tax Debt was I told that my total assets would impact my chance of having my tax debt reduced. Stephanie, my original "tax professional" never communicated with me and when I complained I was told that she had quit. Add to that the fact that even though National Tax Debt was representing me I was the one communicating with the IRS. The assistance that I received from the local IRS office proved to be more useful than that which I paid to receive from National Tax Debt. If faced with this problem in the future I would not seek the services of National Tax Debt again.

I went in owing the IRS over $14,000! Recently, I was able to close out my case with the IRS by paying only $811.62, that’s about 5.7% of my original debt of over &14,000! I was and am truly amazed and extremely grateful to National Tax Debt in general, and specifically to Ms. Flores for her diligent work on my behalf with the IRS.......Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I don’t care if I owed 20,000 or 100,000 Not like I was hiding anything, I wasn’t aware of the amount. And there was a loan submitted in my name by your company. If you’d like proof of that I have it. An email from the loan company and I also spoke to them. I had no income for 2015 through 2017 so your right I didn’t file. Your company is still very misleading. Why don’t you tell people up front the total cost instead of , it’s only 495.

My case took 1 and half year but I was awarded the minimum OIC of $500 after initially I owed $60,000. My income and assets decreased which was key to proving. I had nothing to offer. My case worker Leslie was great!! She always communicated down to when going on vacation. I wanted to cry like a baby I was so happy when she called me.

Thanks to National Tax Debt I am able to sleep at night. When I first contacted them I had no idea how much I owed. Once they performed a thorough investigation they gave me my results and I knew this problem was bigger than I thought. The process was smooth and the case manager was great through the entire process. They were able to give me a fresh start and settle my debt for a very small fraction of what I owed. This is a scam company. They collect your initial payment and do no work and never contact you. Don't ever use them. I spoke with one representative who cursed during the initial interview and did not seem to know what he was talking about. I called and called to find out the status of their review and never received any information.

After several calls for a request for a refund, the person who initially took my case answered the phone and put me on hold for 8 minutes never came back to answer my call. I spoke to a supervisor and she stated that my case would not be able to be negotiated and smirked at how much I made. I told her that I did not want National Debt relief representing me (on the same day I sent them the initial $495) because I have heard no information from them unless I contacted them. She also stated and sent me a bogus screen shot stating that they completed the investigation withing 2 hours of my asking for an initial evaluation. How does that happen and I not receive any information back from them unless I called them. How long were they going to hold on to that info.. I think forever because they were never going to call me back. When on one of my calls the representative stated "oh I was going to call you and get your date of birth." I immediately contact the creditors to make sure none of these people use my data to get credit. That is how bad I felt about National Tax Debt.

This company needs to be out of business. People who need help need real help not scams. I have since used a new company that is widely advertised and they have been great and doing exactly what I want. Use the nationally advertised company you hear about all day and all over the internet. Never use National Tax Debt.

A year ago I was overwelmed with a tax debt of nerly $13,000; I had no idea of how I was ever going to be able to pay this huge debt. I am so grateful to have found National Tax Debt!
