I bought a car off Mark back in September & it's been really good, his customer service was great. Being a women, it can sometimes be a bit intimidating buying a car, but Mark made me feel at ease & there was no pressure, he let me take my time and was very knowledgeable. Just an over brilliant experience.

In reply to Mark Barclays response of my review I would like to make the following comments;
Firstly, Mark my review is a 'true' and 'honest' one of my appalling experience with you and I want to warn others before they consider parting with their money. Yes, you're correct. I bought a van from you in good faith last year and on reflection I wish I had walked away when you refused to reduce the price and knowing now the condition of the van; not fit for purpose! Also, I didn't realise there was a time limit in writing a review? Perhaps it's because I have a busy life? No business of yours I hasten to add. Reviews can be submitted 'whenever' as far as I'm aware?
Secondly, 'you' refused to take the van back after it initially broke down and 'you' persuaded me to take it to South Wales and book it into a local garage. The fault was a failed injector and instead of the 'one' being replaced, the pair of injectors (or better still, all four) should have been replaced but you paid for just one to be replaced; a cheap repair for you!
I must say, your terminology in your response to my review isn't very professional or business-like atall.
Thirdly, I would like to know where you pluck the 99% from with regards to meeting customers' expectations? Because clearly that is NOT the case. If that was true, you would have done the decent thing and refunded mine and another customers money in full in order to maintain a good reputation but instead we have had to go to the Court. Trading Standards are in place to protect the public, not businesses, and this time they didn't 'back you'.
You did NOT offer me my money back atall! You refused and I have a witness to this who heard the telephone conversation between us on the very same day (an hour afterwards to be exact) I bought the van from you. You are a liar as well as a thief!
Yes I made numerous calls to your mobile and landline (27 calls being abit of an exaggeration, another lie!) because you were avoiding answering my calls and speaking with me. I left you numerous voicemail messages and you still didn't return my calls. Again, not very professional. Making a personal comment about you believing there must be other issues going on just sums you up and again not professional in your conduct. Perhaps I was under alot of anxiety and stress caused by you selling me a faulty vehicle?
Again, another lie about me supposedly taking other people to Court; you are the first one. It is very time consuming and costly but if you had done the decent thing in the first instance and given me my money back as requested (if you're a legitimate business, which you're NOT!), then I wouldn't have to go down this route.
As for your comment regarding reviews being stopped on your website because you didn't want it to look bias, well it's exactly that! Isn't it funny that they are all good 5 star reviews? I wonder how many (if any) are genuine? I would like to remind you that reviews are for people to share their experiences and opinions with other people, good or bad, and unfortunately myself and TWO other people have had VERY BAD experiences and customer service from you. I think there's room for improvement, don't you? Especially with your lack of customer service, professionalism, trust and honesty.
I would like to reiterate to anyone reading this, do NOT trust this man. Do NOT buy any vehicle from this man. He is a CON MAN. I warn you!

After my awful experience with this company I would strongly recommend buyers look elsewhere for a used car. There are plenty of genuine car dealerships out there but this is not one of them.
This company is well known to Trading Standards and we were to learn there are many other buyers duped by this company.

My wife’s daughter’s car broke down shortly after purchasing the garage travelled down without any inconvenience to them collecting and returning it a week later having all been fixed
Due to not having time to clean the car of which we never expected to be done in first place
My daughter was given £20 cash to get it cleaned

I bought a 116d m with great low milage on it . To be fair the car had a bit of a half and half start being written off and then in storage for a good while so I expected a little fixing up . But the car was having a fair few problems . But mark has been amazing and has sorted all the big problems it had and went above and beyond on the customer support making sure the car was in working order and couldn't be more grateful . If your looking for someone you can trust to by off this is definitely the place would definitely recommend

We recently went through the process of paying a deposit to reserve a car we were interested in viewing. Mark at NVS was very accommodating and offered a service to deliver the car to us. Unfortunately the car was not the right one for us, Mark was very professional and totally understood and took the car back to swindon, returning in full the monies we paid to reserve the car, it’s not very often you have dealing with car salesmen which are true to their word, I would recommend NVS on my experience a good professional business.

Don’t even get me started on this. Don’t bother buying a car. You won’t see it once he takes it for repairs the next week after you’ve bought it.

We hadn’t resolved it as I had told you to come and collect this blue car as it is literally just sat on my drive as I purchased another vehicle? As yet again the blue cars cluster doesn’t work!! Not road legal to drive.

You authorised these third party repairs and even paid 😂 so how did you not authorise this? I wish I could attach the images of you approving this. I just realised I had left a good review and wanted to make sure people knew the truth. Also none of my emails have been replied to when you asked to continue this over email instead? It wasnt solved you just started ignoring me. And you thought the problem had gone away.

This was my first car bearing in mind. And I’ve been traumatised for life .

Also every ‘courtesy car’ had a fault 😂 or was just completely not legal, smart car with no car seat fixtures bearing in mind I’ve got a 2 year old? Corsa that literally had no coolant or cap and filled with black smoke on the first day. Overheated and stopped driving. The bmw that was a death trap? 6 warning lights?

Bought a Citroen Cactus C4 from NVS. Great service. Car had been parked up for a while and the engine management light came on after 24 hours. They took the vehicle from me and gave me a car to use. My Cactus was back in 24 hours, and it's been perfect since. Great condition. Very understanding company. I would highly recommend to anyone. And would definitely buy again from them

Unbelievable custom from start till finish What ever they say THEY DO!!!!!!!! Proper genuine person is mark. Totally transparent throughout experience. Which you very very very rarely experience in 9/10 car dealerships. I would say to anyone purchase a vechile with total confidence in mark dealing with yourselves. If I could they would have half a star. Sold us a not remotely safe vehicle, with it being a previous cat vehicle and nothing else disclosed. The vehicle had one bold tyre, one on the limit, broken drivers mirror and indicator, brakes were binding, one of the front disks had a massive crack down the middle and hadn't has a service for god knows how long. It now has clutch issues, is leaking coolant and oil. I have emailed a complaint but not even had an acknowledgement. Customer service is rubbish and the car is a death trap.
