The worst banking experience ever in life. They holding my account balance without allowing me to withdraw. It is almost three months now. The customer support very supportive while talking but not in action. While I am talking to them they say we will check and call you back but they have never call me back until I call them back two weeks later. They told me that they have send me a "pay order" which I have never received. But not any proof is given so far. About 250k is being holding without any interest. Yesterday, I have called head office and informed them I will be opening a police complain against the bank two weeks later. Not recommended at all. You may lose funds as well.
