I order a t shirt on 29 April for the UTK gathering it never arrived and l have twice provided my contact details but they have not responded. I recommend anyone ordering from this site to think twice as they don't provide a tel number or a customer care depth that responds.

As others have noted:
Shipping takes an extended period.
I ordered three t-shirts: one was precise, while the other two appear to be production rejects. The UK flag, which should be within the letters UTK, is a complete jumble. The colors are misplaced, creating a travesty.

I reached out to them, anticipating a refund, but the comments below suggest a different outcome.
If not, I will escalate the matter with PayPal.
Should this be handled appropriately, I will award them an additional star (from three).

I was refunded one item.

I ordered a t shirt for £20 it took 2 weeks to arrive but sadly was too late for event, have tried to contact but no reply, they don’t want to refund me!!! This is a scam company

I ordered a UTK T-shirt and it was sent to my previous address because of a mistake on my end as I hadn't updated my details with shopify.
I contacted Nation Wear with a request to change the delivery address, but Evri had already attempted and claimed a successful delivery (when I knocked at my old address the new owner said he'd refused it, Evri said they'd put it through the letterbox)
Nation Wear sent me a replacement via Royal Mail free of charge.

The items are not as described at all... the badges are far from the look of the pictures and nothing like it...
I am a large size and after hearing they are a small large I ordered XL .. there is no way on earth they are a xl not even a Large more like a medium.. came all screwd up in a grey plastic bag, ordered the new red hoodie and blur polo kneck Tshirt... I contacted them 8 days & 5 days ago via email and not heard a word.. im gutted to say the least as I am 100% behind UTK... £50 down the drain sadly...

Just had my Nationwear merchandise today. Really great looking, strong t shirt, polo shirt and beanie I ordered.
An extra plus with this quality clothing is, it’s going too trigger all the right people off 😂. Well done Nationwear! 🇬🇧💪

Love my t-shirt, 100% cotton, super soft and well-made. I like that the women's have a more feminine neckline and shape. Customer service really impressed me! Thank you

Since writing the review below, i am delighted to say that Nationwear have sent me a 3xl polo shirt which fits my partner perfectly. I must thank them for resolving this for me. They kindly said to donate the one that is too small.
Ordered 2 items. Both XL. Polo shirt was WAY TOO SMALL. The T shirt was fine.
I followed size guide on the website.
I contacted Nationwear for advice on exchanging or getting a refund but they HAVE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY even though it wasn't my fault.

Got 2 t-shirts and think the quality is amazing, well embroidered and not just the iron on stuff, will definitely be ordering more. It did take a few weeks for them to come but worth the wait.

Ordered my item 14 days ago and still no updates on delivery all I keep getting told is they are dealing with high levels of orders to be patient when stated 5 to 7 days delivery
