⭐ 1 Star – Unlawful Non-Payment of Wages

I am writing this review to formally state that I have not been paid for hours I worked from 7:30am to 1:00pm. I left site due to an on-site dispute, returned all property immediately, and acted within reason — however, this does not negate my legal right to be paid for hours already worked.

Under the Employment Rights Act 1996, withholding pay for time already worked is unlawful. I have attempted to resolve this privately, but have received no payment or adequate response. I am now forced to make this issue public and will escalate it through ACAS or an employment tribunal if necessary.

I am still owed wages for work completed and expect immediate resolution.
