Designs and quality are fab and the delivery is easy and quick too.

Horrendous company. Do not risk it, you’ll regret it!

Horrendous, dodgy possibly fraudulent company.
They changed their Returns address without providing details of this change: In the parcel, on social media, on their website, or even on the door.
I checked the website, and posted back the items recorded delivery to the address provided on the website.
The items came back with a Royal Mail Sticker that read 'Seller is away'.
I checked the website and the address was still the same, so I re-sent the items again (both times at my expense) and heard nothing back.
I reached out to the retailer and they replied days after each response (see attached) essentially saying 'Oops, we changed our address' from our Head Office to a new factory. On 3rd Sept 2025 they said, “we have now removed the incorrect address from our website”
Seemingly there are still people in the original building, just rejecting returns even though the website still had that original address in late August 2025.
Now they are saying they don't have it. It hasn't come back to me (and I have CCTV to prove this). The company have admitted no liability, and have completely washed their hands of this. The items are now potentially lost, and I have now paid two return postages at my expense due to their inability to update their website or take any accountability- yet they are unable to do anything for me. Including reimburse me for two postage costs or refund my items which are probably on a step somewhere near that address.
I think this company is dodgy and do this so you can’t return anything even though the law says we are entitled to!
*UPDATE* ignore their absolute nonsense reply below. This was all in August 2025, and I emailed them constantly, including screenshots from
their website showing the incorrect address. I have an email from them saying that they just removed the incorrect address on 3.9.25 so the claim it was done years ago is absolute nonsense. TYPICAL OF THESE CON ARTISTS. Check the other recent reviews which reflect what I am saying.
WHY DID YOU NOT HELP ME WHEN I CONTACTED YOU DIRECTLY? Now when you get a bad review you’re keen to help. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS

Months of back and forth with customer service for them to use shady marketing techniques.

I had tried to purchase a couple of shirts from this website, the offer of Free shipping did not activate on my checkout even though my basket was £52 and it was free shipping over £50.

I emailed, it took a while to get someone to reply but they did say they were looking into it and that a fix would be implimented.

A couple of months pass and I forgot about it until I saw another ad. So I emailed again and was informed that the issue was now fixed... except it wasnt. Still I was being charged shipping.

After another round of emails it transpired that the free shipping threshold had been upped to £60...

Very sneaky.

No mention of the long delay in replying to me or any explanation.

To make matters worse, they signed me up to their newsletter, without my permission, a clear breach of GDPR.

Shady company, with terrible marketing practices.

I was looking forward to ordering from them, then this happened and having since read the reviews I'm glad I have not dealt with them in any other way.

Avoid at all costs!

Two of the items I ordered didnt fit so I sent them back but it turns out the return address was incorrect on their website and still is. The delivery was rejected as the address was inactive, the parcel is now lost and Native Youth refuse to refund me so I am fully out of pocket at no fault of my own!

Returned an item using their Royal Mail…

Returned an item using their Royal Mail process, emailed them twice on the email provided on their website and they’ve never got back to me, or provided a refund. Feels like a scam!!

Don't bother.

Don't bother.
Placed an order that has never arrived. Nobody wants to help, they ignore the emails, more or less a scam as they will just take your money and ignore you if there is any issues.

Poor quality clothing, customer service lacking

I was quite happy with a jumper I bought initially.. but after only a couple of wears the seam has com unstitched along the shoulder. I've tried contacting NY about this but communication has been really poor. Disappointing as the clothes look quite nice, but this would make me very reluctant to order from them again.

Too many mistakes

The website offers free shipping when you spend £50 or more. Despite having over £50 in my cart and the page telling me I qualify for free shipping, I was still being charged a £5.95 shipping fee when it came to payment. I contacted them to see if it was an issue they could fix but I’ve yet to receive a response.

They also offer a 15% discount if you sign up for the mailing list - when I get the email, there was only a code for a 10% discount of Autumn/Winter 2023… it’s 2025. Something just seems really off about this company.

Quality Issues

In December I bought a number of items from this company and it was my first and last time shopping with them. Its such a shame as the designs are fantastic and I would love to order more from them however the quality is appalling:
Capitol Tee - wore once washed once seems fine -thumbs up
Convoy Parker - Great jacket seems to be holding up so far - thumbs up
Warren Jumper - catches after first ware - thumbs down
Carraway shorts - ass ripped on first ware - thumbs down
Newbeck overcoat - both pocket lining ripped after the second ware - thumbs down
Zano Jumper - shoulder stitching failed after first ware - thumps down
Jerrod Jacket - started going all bobily after the second or third ware - thumbs down

I have provided feedback and photos to Native Youth and while they refunded the shorts they have literally ignored all other communication re issues. Such a shame because they have the designs right just not the quality.
