I brought into the YouTube lifestyle as I saw a guy who looked similar to me, from a similar background and at the time I was hopeful I'd learn something which I could use to apply to business and learn from.
Although at the time I was skeptical, l brought various courses which were just under £500 each hoping to learn something which offered actual value, I knew if I were unsatisfied I could rely on the refund guarantee which they supposedly offered.
The first was a social media marketing course, alongside an affiliate marketing and amazon course which me and a friend went 50/50 on as at the time (three or so years ago) it was a big investment for us both being young and working 9-5's.
All of the courses were unfinished. Upon completing the steps in the social media marketing fast track course as requested in the description section (sending a link to my website and my registered company name across), and being unsatisfied as new segments were never uploaded on teachable I contacted Nat via email to request a refund for the unfinished course as per his refund policy, which I never received a response to (or a refund).
The social media marketing course merely showed you how to register a business via the .gov website which I already knew how to do and can be found by a simple Google search for free, the rest of the videos were simple explainers offering no intrinsic value, delivering no real message and failing to teach anything related to the topic, all filmed with a glossy apartment as a backdrop to help people buy into the videos and overlook this.
Time passed and I used it as a learning lesson, though I'm sure lots of others also spent money they'd worked hard to save up in the hopes of learning something they can use to create a better future for themselves.
Years on I've done exactly that by starting my own business - learning from free content online found on YouTube and applying myself/putting in the work to figure out the steps to re-create something for myself, so I'd recommend people to be patient and search the internet as it costs nothing to learn if you're determined and willing.
People are unlikely to teach you their secrets and create competition for themselves, so be mindful of this and do your due diligence before buying courses.
This guy is a internet scammer
This guy is a internet scammer, ordered the 30 day affiliate challenge and he only uploaded 11 lessons I should have read the reviews beforehand, I’m absolutely devastated I just wasted my money.
Scam
Promises 30 days of affiliate marketing lessons but has only uploaded about 10 lessons in the space of a year. Ignores emails and all communications and still tries to sell the course weekly on his instagram. Just a scam.
Would Not Recommend
Part of the course is unfinished and the policy states the courses will be added “on a regular basis”, however since purchasing the course there has been no change in the lack of content. In addition, the company provide little to no communication to address any of my concerns and I am shocked how they can get away with this. Moving forward I will certainly avoid these “online gurus” and I hope the next person who reads this does the same.
Absolute a**hole
Absolute a**hole. How is this person able to scam people off their money and still sell his course on social media? See you in court soon.
30 day affiliate
So far, the course has provided me with a solid foundation in affiliate marketing and the curriculum in this course is enjoyable and educational. Many of the tasks are interesting and helped me to choose my niche.

I am enrolled in both the 30 day affiliate challenge and the amazon secrets course.
Both are bringing me closer and closer to my aim of financial freedom day by day and the course material provided has been excellent so far.
30 day challenge
I want to thank you for this course, its such a great opportunity to learn a new skill in life
Really enjoying the course so far and…
Really enjoying the course so far and learning a lot of very valuable information. When purchasing I wasn’t aware of the mental side of the course but that’s turned out to be just as important as the business side of things and a lot of it is firmly in my daily schedule. (Meditation especially)
Paid for the affiliate mastery course but it wasn't even complete
Paid for the affiliate mastery program and only 1/4 of the course was done.
The information in the course so far is super basic which can be found for free online.
For some reason, my login doesn't even work now. So I've been left with nothing.
He promised mentorship via email but doesn't respond to my emails. Such a time/money waster.
Just avoid
Nat upload new lessons.
Nat you don't reply to emails, instagram DMs or facebook messages. When are you going to start uploading new modules to the 'Affiliate masters' course? spare an hour a day to create some new lessons and upload it onto the portal. If you’re not going to upload new lessons then at least give us our money back. I purchased this course on the 5th of December 2019.
PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!
Don’t purchase this course, stay away, absolutely scam, quite disappointed with Nat as I’ve followed him for a while. Paid £497 for the affiliate masters and I’ve only received 5 modules when it’s meant to be more than 10 modules. I’ve sent so many emails and no reply. It’s all automated emails. No reply from his team or even social media. Wasted a lot of money. Please please please don’t fall for this. Wish i read the reviews first. Chasing it up with PayPal to file a complain and get my money back.
brand building masters
Purchased brand building masters, having been told there is around 80+ lessons I was surprised when getting stuck into it that there was barely 15 lessons. emailed them twice for a refund and have been ignored. Affiliate masters is also only half finished
Scam, Avoid!
The affiliate secrets course was terrible, Learnt nothing... I asked for a refund and they kept ignoring my emails, Avoid like the plague.

Your typical scam artist.
Purchased their Affiliate Secrets course which was supposed to be delivered on a USB... paid them the money and that was it. Didn't receive an order confirmation, no emails or tracking information either. I emailed them and 2 weeks later still no response. Thankfully I was able to get my money back via Paypal however I feel sorry for those who have paid this scam artist and haven't been able to claim their money back. Avoid.

Tried to get a refund within the 30…
Tried to get a refund within the 30 days and have not received a single email back, and after seeing other reviews I am not the only person this has happened to, and put a claim in with PayPal who declined it. I would stay clear of this guy absolutely scam
There refund policy does not exist!!!
I have had the same problem with this course as other people have had and I am utterly appalled. I had purchased this course on the 22nd of June 2020 and I was not happy therefore I had emailed requesting for a refund on the 30th of June 2020. I had not got a response so I had emailed on the 7th of July 2020 requesting again for the refund and yet again I did not not hear anything. I then emailed on the 15th to try and see if they would reply and they still haven’t. I am disgusted as I had paid £497 for this.
Amazing course learnt a lot
EDIT Affiliate Masters
EDIT:
I left this Trustpilot review on 30th June and about an hour ago I got a reply from the Natsmith & Co Team. First of all, I appreciate that after all of this time I even got a reply, even though haven't got any to my e-mail.
So, they wrote a sincere apology and they confirm that they offer a 30-day refund. After that, there were said that they checked their systems and they can see that the purchase has made on 23rd April and then requested a refund on 13th June. Obviously, that is outside of the 30 -day refund period, BUT that is the fifth e-mail that I sent about the refund and luckily I have them all in my mail history. FIRST e-mail that I sent was on 8th May 2020, exactly 15 days after the purchase. I was asking nicely for the refund with these words ''Hey, I would like to get a refund from Affiliate Masters course. I purchased it 23rd April'' Didn't get any answer to this. A SECOND e-mail that I sent was on the 19th of May 2020 and I was asking Will I get answered to this or what? A THIRD e-mail was sent on the 22nd of May 2020 and I wrote that I was very disappointed because they wouldn't answer me and how they didn't match their talks about transparency and trustworthiness. FOURTH e-mail, 5th of June, trying to remind them that I sent the first e-mail almost a month ago and again writing that I am very disappointed because no one answers and I don't get a refund. Then the FIFTH one which they mentioned in the reply.
I have every one of the e-mails in my mail history and it is really waterproof evidence of me being scammed.
Lastly, they are happy to announce that they've added a ton of new videos and worksheets to work through, acting like that is all I need after this...
Bought the Affiliate Masters course in April. In the introduction video was promised that if you’re not satisfied you can get full refund within the first 30 days. I asked for the refund after 15 days, because I wasn’t satisfied, still haven’t got any answers. I’ve sent e-mails and IG messages directly to Nat, no answers. Made a claim through PayPal about not receiving what I paid. They declined it for the reason that the ”product” is as described. Since April there haven’t been any new uploads or content. Very very disappointed and yet he talks about transparency and trustworthiness on the course.
