Tracey has been doing my brows for quite a few years now. Like many of her clients I will not go any where else as she is a real expert in her field. On my last visit to Tracey I had eyeliner done top n bottom. She was really good in explaining what was going to happen n the positions she wanted me in. I am always happy with my brow treatment. But the eyeliner is just like the cherry on the cake for my face n eyes. So thank u soooo much Tracey.

I'm afraid I could not disagree more with the previous review from Joanne M. I have just had some work done on my lips, eyebrows and eyelids with Tracey at Natural Enhancements and am extremely happy with the result and indeed the whole experience. I have always found their work, hygiene, professionalism and customer care to be of the highest standard. As the previous review implies, it is not the cheapest, but the environment, care and Tracey's "magic hands" are worth every penny. I have had my eyebrows, lips and eyeliner done several times over the years by Tracey and I find her artistry, and customer care excellent. She listens very carefully at the initial consultation and cares deeply about creating the exact look you want to achieve. In my case I wanted a very "natural enhancement" and I am very pleased with the result. Her team are polite and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or issues that may arise. (In my case, parking.. my app didn't work!.. and accommodating me to find appointments in my very tight schedule. I highly recommend this company.

The treatment I had done originally was in actual fact done by none other than Natural Enhancement and not some place elsewhere. Therefore it was NE who messed up my brows in the first place and should take full responsibility for the fact that they're now saying that it was the fault of the original company that made these errors. There was no proper consultation this time. They just took a non refundable deposit over the phone. At my appointment I was told that my brows could be corrected, not the case now as they've taken my money and apparently only do 1 follow up appointment even if I'm not satisfied with the job. The person who did my brows must be blind as they are now completely uneven, not the result I would have expected!!! What a disappointing and terrible way to treat a customer whose just spent £445. The least they can do is offer to correct my brows if I'm not happy with the end result. Extremely bad customer service and shows they are only interested in taking your money and not caring whether or not you are happy with the result. They must be held accountable and put things right, but now they dont want to know, they just try and talk their way out of it. I have tried to talk to them about it but they just keep avoiding the obvious, surely it should be their responsibility to make sure the customer is happy with the end result but once they've taken your money they can't be bothered!! I definitely would not recommend them, in fact stay away from companies like this who show little remorse and such bad aftercare. They've finished the job, taken my money and no longer bothered!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

I have been coming to Natural Enhancement for a few years now (Approx 5-6 times) due to a medical reason I choose to get my eyebrow tattooed. I can honestly say they put me at ease every time. Yesterday Kiril went above and beyond and I had an amazing experience. He was a really down to earth guy who you could talk anything about and really made me feel at ease. His work was not only amazing but he was as well! I will continue to come back to the practise due to the outstanding service I always receive. I feel so fortunate that i found this place. I live close by and just happened to go on the site. The results are phenomenal and i am so happy. They staff are so kind and genuine. I spoke to the owner, Tracey; she is wonderful! She was a part of creating safety standards across the industy and now teaches. You can tell it's a clinic with the highest standards and best results. Cannot thank the staff enough. Thank you Tracey, Sylvia, Kristina and Bumi!

I have been to many places over the years to have my eyebrows done, sadly due to a thyroid issue my hair totally fell out leaving me with an unhappy result in the shape of my brows. I decided to use Tracy and have to say I am over the moon with the look and shape of my brows now. Absolutely perfect colour and shape which was challenging as my previous shape was so off on my face it had to be altered. Not only that previous brows were done too black and resulted in a grey tattoo look which was just hideous. Tracey was amazing, she changed the shape and colour and over the past three years she has worked towards the perfect brow for my face. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Tracey has been amazing, her skill is second to none and to top it off she is a wonderful warm caring lady who has listened to sad events that have happened in my life with total empathy. I can’t recommend Natural Enhancements enough, so much so I am aiming to try and get my daughter onto the course to learn how to do semi permanent makeup. I feel if my daughter is going tu embark on the semi permanent makeup journey I would like her to learn from the best!!!

This is a very bad company for training as all tracy care about is money.i had a very bad experience with them few years ago and she didn't even give me the right amonth of dye. Some dye still owed to me.she will not even answer calls after training.
