I’ve bought 4 different types of essential oils and neem oil from them recently and really unhappy with them. Essential oils burns my skin while using a few drops for feet bath (oregano, thyme) and neem oil i bought to make plants spray, which is so sticky and it’s impossible to wash it off even with soapy warm water after more than a week. Contacted their customers service for return but they only replied me for some information about essential oil use which I did use them in a proper way
