Poor customer service from Naturalizer Canada. I agree with the posts below, not a great company. Be very careful when ordering online with these guys. The size was incorrect and they wouldnt allow returns for a Christmas Gift. No physical stores. Very disappointed and wont be recommending this company.

They used to have best shoes till a few years ago. I think the company was sold. Now the shoes look like any other brand, and are not comfortable any more. What a shame.
Risk to Safety - Heels fall apart within 50
A $160 pair of shoes that did not make it even 500m. Heels immediately disintegrated with 500m of walking. This is a health and safety risk. It is absolutely disgraceful. I should not have to hobble back to my car fearing I may fall over in CBD traffic to fetch a pair of sneakers I luckily have in my car. Zero quality control. Never will I buy this brand again. Be warned! NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.

If I could give Zero stars for the return process I would. I have consistently order the same size boots for years but this year I have discovered that the wide calf is huge however, you can’t return for an exchange you have to return, pay for shipping and reorder. Customer service is terrible! You no longer have the ability to try before you buy so if you are returning and reordering due to sizing then the shipping should be refunded!
Not like other businesses - legitimate?
Similar to some recent ratings below: I ordered May 2022, my card was charged, but the Naturalizer company page never went beyond 'pending.' So I have no proof of purchase. Unlike all legitimate sites, I never received a confirmation email. No reply to my queries. Are they a legitimate company??
product never received
I ordered a pair, I paid but I never received this pair. After invoicing, Naturalizer sends me a message to tell me that the product is out of stock. Then I had to wait to receive my money. They are eager to take the money but they take their time reimbursing people. When a product is out of stock, we do not put it on the website. Really disappointed with this company. A few years ago I bought my shoes the service was impeccable but now it's disappointing.
Very disappointed. Naturalizer has lost me as a customer.
Naturalizer used to be the only boots and shoes I wore. I've also bought purses from them. Unfortunately I moved and now I can only get Naturalizer shoes online and anytime I've ordered footwear I've had to return them. The customer service is horrible. They just recite company policy and are not helpful at all. I've waited months for a refund. I won't be buying their product again. I would have given this review zero stars but the system won't let me. Very disappointed. They have lost me as a customer.
Kindly avoid this site
Kindly avoid this site. I tried to shop with them and ordered 2 pairs of shoes since 2 weeks ago. My account has been changed yet no order confirmation. Emails and calls are being ignored. They are an absolute nightmare
So disappointed
Ordered shoes in Feb.
Money gone from card.
Getting no response to messages + emails.
Buyers beware.
Not Your Grannies' Naturalizers--Better
I have worn Naturalizer for years — basic, boring, old lady looking, inexpensive work shoes. The new lines they carry are fashionista worthy, while still offering a broad range of sizes and comfy footbeds. I recently purchased a retro loafer with a chunky sole that updates the look and gives a cushioned ride. I also purchased sporty wedge sandals with good arch support and a cute pair of lug soled ankle boots. I liked them all so well, I was disappointed that additional colors were no longer available in my size. Their brightly colored platform sandals were sold out before I had a chance. Grab 'em while they're hot.
My favourite sandal ever
I bought a pair of bronze or Gold Naturalizer sandals mid 2016, whilst on holiday in Dubai (they came in three colours) and they are still going strong. I am trying to locate the same style but can’t, so assume they stopped making it (heartbroken about that one). Or they only sell certainly styles in certain countries, I don’t know. A huge shame as they are the softest most comfortable sandals I have ever purchased. They have endured some very rough treatment, been places a sandal really shouldn’t go, salt water (forgot reef shoes on holiday in Hawaii, so donned my sandals while snorkelling on the reef), hot water (wore them in a few hotel showers more times than I can count, to protect against unfriendly bacteria!!!). Now, with this kind of man handling you would expect the straps to be coming away from the sole, well not these shoes. Have wear on the sole near the heel and ball of my foot, not surprising given the heavy use over the last seven years (they are my only pair of sandals). My ‘Jesus sandals’ as my daughter liked to call them (she borrowed them for a year). The colour has held fast on the upper part of the sandal, the four straps extending from each side of the sandal top have no loose stitching and the velcro that fastens the strap around my heel is still holding fast, even the pattern etched on the instep is still there. If I could find them online I would definitely purchase again.

Until the last couple of months I have enjoyed great service and great shoe products from Naturalizer . Now I cannot even sign into the website to complete a purchase, AND a month ago I dropped off a pair of shoes for return to Naturalizer and have had no confirmation of delivery to them, no tracking information available, no credit to my credit card for the returned shoes. I also am not able to contact ANYONE at all about this as the "help" option on the website page is a loop to about 10 FAQ's totally irrelevant to my problem. Unless I hear from Naturalizer soon. I will be morally required to post this substantially negative, but true, review on Google.
I ordered for a pair of shoes
I ordered for a pair of shoes. My bank account was charged however as per my checking my order on their website it is still pending and I haven’t received a confirmation email and invoice for the payment.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Never delivered even if the website says yes not even at my address. NEVER AGAIN.
I’m so disappointed!
I’m so disappointed!! I ordered shoes, Sadly they broke apart on my first time wearing them. I called customer service and asked if I could send a photo and get my money back. It took 3 weeks to receive them! No, was their response! I need to send the broken shoes back and NOW WAIT for a return!! I’m so frustrated!! I’ll never order from them again!!
Faulty shoe, return not accepted
Had been searching high and low for comfortable boots as I have a back injury and had struggled to find stylish shoes that were comfortable.
Finally found a Nutralizer store in my local shopping centre and ended up buying 2 pairs of boots for $199 each.
Within a few short months the lining/insoles became unstuck. I returned to the store who said that had never happened before and I couldn't return them since it was outside the return period, and gave me a pair of adhesive insoles to go inside 1 pair. They were useless since the original lining was lose.
Really disappointed in the quality as the designs were amazing and I wouldve happily purchased more shoes if they hadn't been faulty. I find it hard to believe I have the only 2 pairs of this shoe that have a fault with the lining.
Horrible quality and service
Horrible quality and service. Bought 2 pairs same size, there are half inch difference between them, one of them wrong color. Naturalizer won't pay refund shipping fees

Pushy sales people led my wife to a purchase that wsn't a great fit. Then COVID and lockdown. Then we couldn't return it. Time passed. 7 days return policy was against us. Then rude service. Rude head office. Uncompromizing attitude. She hung up on them upset.
My wife won't be back. Nor her friends. Seems we are not alone. Avoid like the pandemic.
Beautiful
Their shoes are comfortable and more affordable than I thought. Packaged so well too.
they carry the best shoes!
they always have great customer service and their collection (especially their shoes) are always super comfortable and trendy.
