It is a good company, with good products at good prices, good customer service, good shipping... Mainly good really BUT
most products are out of stock or not available and the website needs updating. Pity it could be excellent...

I am delighted to have found Naturallythinking to support the creation of my own products. Great range and quality of base products and ingredients with detailed product information on the website. Very reasonably priced as well. Super quick delivery even with the super-saver delivery option - literally get my orders in 2-3 days. Learning to make my own products as a hobby has given me a real escape during lockdown and that has only been possible because of the very reliable supply and range provided by Naturallythinking - a big thank you from me and keep up the good work! :)

So, I placed my order on the 4th and wasn't told until the 11th (after reaching out personally) that shipment was delayed due to them not having St John Wort's in stock. However, they were quick to resolve the situation by giving me the options of either cancelling the one item, or sending it all together at a later date. It actually did me a favour choosing the latter, as I was able to combine it with another order for lids and other things I'd missed out on, saving on further postage. Anyway, the products seem really good quality and I'm so excited to try everything out!! Perfect for the casual hobbyist's budget.

There were no issues and I received my parcel within 3 working days. So very impressed with service.

I recently wrote to Naturallythinking to ask where they sourced their marine collagen, as it was not clear on their ingredients lists. (Typically marine collagen is sourced from the scales and bones of sea creatures). I received a prompt but confusing reply which seemed to suggest that the collagen they currently used was sourced from fish:

"The Marine Collagen is harvested from the water bed (not sea creatures). This one really does depend on your take on Vegan as no fish are touched / harmed in the process. // Like all, we are always looking for better ways, so going forward for new batches we will be using an Algae that the collagen is derived from."

I asked them to elaborate on the harvesting process as the lack of detail seemed suspicious. However, more than a week on I haven't received a response. So, if you're looking to avoid animal ingredients please beware. Naturallythinking's ethical policy on not using animal derived ingredients needs to be clarified, otherwise it's nothing more than greenwashing.

I honestly love these! I've been ordering a couple of times a week over the last month or so, orders always turn up super fast, and there has never once been a mistake or an item missing and when I have made a mistake on my order and emailed them to see if it can be changed, they have got back to me almost instantly and made sure its changed before dispatch, even when I've chosen the next day service.

Its so incredibly valuable to have a supplier as reliable as Naturally Thinking have been, especially during unpredictable times such as these. Thanks guys!

I have been buying various products from Naturallythinking for over 10 years, mainly online, but have visited their shop a couple of times and visited the lavender fields one one occasion. As I have never had any issues with the products or delivery, I have not had to contact their customer services, so I can't comment on customer handling skills. At the shop they have always been polite and knowledgeable. What I love is the products themselves: the fact that they are so natural and good quality and at the same time affordable. I don't run a beauty or aromatherapy business, I buy products for a family of 4. To avoid paying delivery charges, I wait until I need quite a few things and order in bulk. As well as the products, I love their ethos and I'm trying the zero waste products to reduce my carbon footprint. This is not a company that needs big advertisement campaigns or fancy packaging. Their products are authentic and reliable and I will always go back to them.

i ordered like 3 months ago carbomer 500g, i had to move to another house because the owner left the country as a result of Corona virus. i send them many emails to change the address but they didn't answer And they finally send me one email telling me they the product already been send and they cannot do anything...yeah right it is because they are lazy!!. i contacted the shipping company many times to change the address by email and phone but they never answered. i contacted this company to solve the problem and they answered after a while saying that the product shipped back to the UK. they said they will refund me, but i suggested that they resend the product again. from that time till now i haven't got neither the product noor my money and i send tremendous amount of emails but they just don't respond. i want my money back i don't want any products from this company and i will never ever buy anything from them, i don't recommend this company to anybody.

This company used to be my first choice until I ordered my product test items for my new launch company (March 2019) which was supposed to arrive in seven days but turned into a year after sending many emails (that were hardly replied to).
After very long time nearly four months later they replied saying that they will offer me 50% money back and fully test my items and I excepted after that again I had to chased them then they send some of my products certificate and they still have one of my product certificate and 50% that they offer me until today hasn't arrived.
They are very unprofessional and have no customer service

I've used Naturally Thinking for 5 ish years now. Great products and always a brilliant service. They have been incredibly efficient in recent times and always respond quickly. Received my 60% alcohol gel with the postman at 6:30 this morning. I only ordered yesterday afternoon. Quick service and nicely packaged. Only my second order with Naturallythinking but impressed with quality last time and speed of delivery this time

Such arrogance ... the product is great but the 5litre UN container with its raised plastic moulding around the cap means I cannot open the container without great force and hurting my knuckles. Now I am being told I need to buy an opening tool to gain access to the product I have purchased. Other suppliers using conventional 5litre plastic containers have simply wrapped them effectively to avoid leakage during transit.

I am really upset and disappointed....
This is the company of choice for my new launching business and without their reasonable pricing on product testing, I would not have been able to even think about the launch because of my small budget. So that would be 5* from me...
And yet...because of their lack of communication and their strict terms and conditions, I have had to postpone the launching of my business which I have worked on for the last 3 years! I have tried to communicate with them but have had very little back.
Being specific- you have to use only their ingredients and now I have waited almost 5 weeks for two of them as they do not have in stock and I have no way of being able to talk to them as they never answer their phone and had to postpone my business date by another month! All I am asking is for them to let me know when they run out of my key ingredients as stated in their terms and conditions and let me know when they are back in stock. Until they have the stock, I am unable to move on towards launching and that costs me money and consumers |:-(

I've just become a Naturally Thinking customer. Their prices are good, and the product range is really wide. I also found the team to be very responsive when I had a minor issue with an order. It was sorted quickly. I'll definitely be using again. My one bugbear would be the delivery pricing - adding packaging items like droppers or bottles into the order means that the delivery price can go up. A £50 delivery of aromatherapy ingredients is free, but by adding a small number of bottles and droppers into the order (<£5 in value), I ended up with a delivery charge. That really doesn't seem to make any sense.
