Good variety of excellent quality meats and fish. Competitively priced with discounts for bulk buys and subscriptions. Reliable delivery by DPD. Eco friendly packaging and no plastic. My dogs absolutely love this food. They have glossy coats and tartar free teeth and have no digestive problems or allergies. Perfect.

3rd Review - Still great quality, still delivery issues
I think this is my third review. Naturaw is GREAT and the best food for our dog still. Since my last review I also did get a call from them explaining the new site, how they are working on improvements etc. So that was really nice.
However they still haven't sorted out their delivery issues where they keep changing my payment time to the afternoon and I miss out on next day delivery. To me that is such an easy thing to fix, just start charging all your customers in the morning and give them next day delivery.

Easy to order. Good variety of food. Dog seems to enjoy the food. My only comment is that although the packaging is good and recyclable the tray is bigger than the actual food so takes up extra/unnecessary space in freezer which is a shame.

My dog loves the food, there is a varied selection and other products like treats and boosters (we have the dental one). Super quick delivery and subscription service is a no brainer. Cardboard packaging is easy to recycle.

The food itself is amazing
The product itself is amazing. My dogs love the food and I love that most of it is recyclable, packaging wise, however the website is absolutely atrocious. I have severe difficulty ordering every single month. I’ve reached out a couple of times to explain my difficulties and I’m never given any actual solutions to it.

High quality food, great service
I've ordered from Naturaw for many years and the service is always brilliant. The food is excellent quality - I have tried others, mostly when we are on holiday and can't get Naturaw but always come back to Naturaw as it suits my dogs delicate tummy the best.
I really like their plastic free packaging - I peel off the waterproof layer in the cardboard food tubs and then use the tubs for all sorts of things.
Delivery is quick with updates on when it will arrive and a delivery window, and the package can be left in a designated place if you're not going to be home.
The food arrives in a study insulated box in good condition, still well frozen.
Naturaw have only ever made one mistake with my order and it was rectified immediately with no hassle

Product received partly defrosted.
Once again following introduction of the cardboard only packaging the top layer of product was soft when delivered. The previous extra bag of ice was missing on this occasion. I am all for environmentally friendly packaging but not to the detriment of the product I am purchasing regularly. Further similar issues will reluctantly result in finding an alternative product/supplier.
