Hi the food is great and our dogs love it .
Unfortunately we now have cancelled the subscription due to bad management of transporting frozen food in the heatwave.
I didn’t know that I had to take photos of the food before I refused delivery therefore I can’t get a replacement order or refund .

Brilliant delivery service. My dog loves the variety of food. She is healthier, settled and with great energy.

love naturaw, top quality stuff and their customer service is 10/10. we used to live in a flat and the delivery would sometimes be left outside and because of how long it had been kept out, even though they said that the food was probably fine because of the packaging, because i didn't feel confident they sent us new food anyway which i super appreciate because i know it's not cheap but i also didn't want to risk diarrhoea lmao. at the beginning i also used to call them about some questions with the food and our dog and they were great and helpful. they put their customers first for sure.

My dogs love the food and I love that the packaging is recyclable/biodegradable. Delivery is reliable too.

I've ordered from this company a few times now. It's great they do the recyclable packaging but unfortunately for me I won't be able to reseal the tub after opening. This is one downside. I wish they had more single proteins instead of a few mixed together. I prefer single meat as I mix it myself for my dogs. Other than that great company with high quality meat and very transparent.

Have tried a few raw food companies, but hate all the plastic packaging. Discovered Naturaw and was really impressed with company's ethos. Using local produce, compostable/recyclable packaging, combining meat with botanicals and good vegetables. Our collie is loving the forage meals.

I have ordered before and food was fine this time round ive ordered a box of food bearing in mind its not hot outside and the whole box delivered by dpd was fully defrosted. I contacted customer services and its almost like they don't believe you as long as you have received your order within 24 hours that's good enough!!! Well no it isnt good enough when your food is not safe to eat or deemed fit fir purpose dont waste your money unless its ice cold outside as the packaging it comes in is just a cardboard box nothing to keep it cool and dpd vans are not cooler vans.
Ive tried to send images but they get my emails but not the images of the food very convenient will not order again from here ok unless you have a problem hey!!

Just bought from them and the food arrived off and was hot to the touch. I contacted their support team (who took 3 days to respond btw) and was told that I would not be covered even though I sent them a photo of the dog food in the bin.

I asked them if I could be credited for the order and here was there response:

Good morning Colin,
Thank you for your reply, unfortunately, as you did not contact our team on the day your order was delivered, and you have been unable to provide photographs showing the condition of the order upon arrival, we are unable to arrange a replacement or refund on this occasion.
If you had been concerned about the condition of the food when it arrived, we would have expected you to contact us on the day of delivery (Wednesday 1st July). However, we did not receive your first communication until three days after the delivery (Saturday 4th July).
As we were not informed at the time that the trays were "warm to the touch" on arrival, we are unable to conclude that there was an issue with the delivery. Individual dogs choosing not to eat the food does not, in itself, indicate that the product was faulty.
We have also noted that your previous three orders contained Real Simple: Turkey, whereas this order was Real Simple: Duck. Since then, you have placed a further order for Real Simple: Turkey.
Based on the information available, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I don’t even care about the money; it’s the principle that clearly something went wrong in the delivery process and now I need to pay for it?

As someone who had regularly ordered off them for the last year; I must say it’s absolutely shameful.

Confirmation of order and delivery consistent and on time . I can pre order and select delivery day . Quality of dog food and treats excellent.

My Labrador absolutely loves Naturaws food. He’s very fussy and having tried many different brands I’m happy he’s finally found one he’ll consistently eat and enjoy! Fast delivery and I’ve never had any problems.

The best raw food on the market. We tried several brands before and we were often disappointed with the quality or with the amount of plastic we produced.
Our Labrador loves the raw food from Naturaw, and her coat health has improved significantly, despite she is only eating 30% raw and 70%kibble. I also really appreciate that we are not producing more plastic waste with it. It’s pricey but I rather pay for a product with quality and ethics.

Food is great but not the price increases , the use of AI and especially cancelling all orders with no notice. Oh and you still remembered to charge me for the order!

I’ve been a subscriber for years but highly likely to change due to all orders being cancelled. my dogs will run out of their usual food this week through no fault of my own and my personal circumstances make it difficult for me to get more naturaw from a supplier.

Love Naturaw! The original lucky dip bundle is a winner for Rodger and we have a regular subscription so it means we never run out of food.

Good quality raw food and my lad loves it, a higher prices raw food so I cannot feed just this product, I do wish I could !

Been using Naturaw for a while now and they are brilliant. Great quality, good customer service and my dog absolutely loves the food. She's been on it since a puppy and has grown into a healthy girl 🙂

It’s rare that I leave a negative review …. The food is excellent and I have used nothing else for a few years. I have recommended the food across dog food forums religiously.

3 stars are given because the quality of the food has always been excellent,

Recently, Naturaw put up a Facebook post advertising a flavour which would be marketed under the Gay pride logo with profit donated to gay pride. Having no real interest in this, I commented that the flavour looked interesting but that I had no interest in the cause…. nothing derogatory, just that I had no interest .

After all, it’s dog food and I’m not gay, neither is my dog…had it been the Forgotten dogs of Turkey or another dog cause, I would have applauded and even have paid extra.

For this opinion, it appears that I’ve been banned from seeing any of their social media. I now feel forced to make a choice between a considered food option for my dog and their apparent disdain for me as a customer.

Naturaw response below sees them double down on their decision to ban anyone who doesn’t wholeheartedly support their promotion… Bigotry is a one way street apparently and inclusion isn’t for everyone. I said nothing negative , literally -

“ Welcome recipe, no interest in gay pride however “.

So… Naturaw is still great food for your dog… the social media team… perhaps even the management team have little interest in the Customer it seems and even have an opinion on what you should and shouldn’t say.
