I think the reviews claiming fast delivery and excellent service and written by the company itself. I ordered from them on the 4th of August and package was not sent until the 15th so they are selling products they don’t have in stock.
Almost a month later and still no delivery.

They are also very misleading on the website, I purchased one pack to try and they set me up for an automatic subscription, it was only when I went on to check delivery that I noticed.

My order number #25309 of an amount of €120 was delivered incomplete, in a very poor and unsafe packaging.
An order of such a high value was delivered in a very low-quality cardboard envelope, easily opened, and inadequately sealed with only two small strips of tape on the sides. This makes it vulnerable for this type of delivery, especially considering the more than four countries crossed. During the shipment, someone surely took advantage of the contents.
I hope that the customer service of NaturelleShop proves to be helpful and professional regarding what happened. At the moment, I am deeply puzzled and astonished by the delivery and in a way it was shipped. I hope it will be resolved quickly.

shipping is always so incredibly FAST, they have a lot of products that are hard to find in Europe, and a lot of offers going so it's also extremely convenient. My favorite website for clean beauty products <3

Excellent delivery, amazing products and the customer service is top! The products range is wide and they have many brands hard to find in Europe. The delivery was super fast (to italy), customer service very helgpubliken and replied in just hours. Recommend!!

They have some really awesome products on this website. I was looking for natural organic brands which they definitely feature, hence the website name! Beautiful good quality products, delivered in good time. Would definitely order from them again. Stumbled across them when I was looking to purchase an Australian skin care brand from the UK. Worked out great as offers shipping to the UK!
