To feed my greyhound takes almost a bag a day. It works out more expensive than other types of frozen raw feeding, so I can only justify purchasing this food when it is on special offer, sadly. My dog does seem to enjoy it, but there is nothing abrasive so could allow tartar build up

Our Westie loves this product. It appears to be a well balanced mix of protein and veg. We have been using this product for many years & she is our first Westie who has not had stomach issues. She is now 81/2 and behaves like a puppy.

Hi ive just recived your order and am not happy as the food is half thawed this is how you pack your food you do really think 13 bags of food with a hand full of ice will keep it cool ill be going on social media and posting theses pictures 2 years ago you i never had any of theses issues as you packed your boxs with proper ice bags and food can frozzen your taking short cuts on saving money and i cant feed my dog thawed meat or refrezze it you need to get in touch with your packing team id understand if there was 4 bag of food in there which the tiny ice might keep it frezon but 13 bag your having a laugh
