My dog has gone completly off your beef chunks. I would hazard that is because the quality has significantly deteriorarated. It looks like more tripe than the chunks we used to get. I will cancel my standing order

Good as usual and this time they were delivered just before they started to defrost. Driver just left them by the front door and did not ring the bell. Our dogs would have reacted immediately!

When they are not defrosted before arrival then they are good and the dogs both love them. Little bit expensive and only real problem is with the courier cowboys who deliver when defrosted and throw box behind dustbins where they can't be seen!
