I spoke with a really helpful gentleman on the phone when I called to ask about how to get a discount on a wet dog food offer. He of course helped me out there! And we got talking about how your food was made (steamed in pack - impressive - I didn't know that and I'e been buying for a long time!). Then I mentioned that my cat didn't go for the Nature's Menu cat food. I hadn't tried the 'new' (to me) meat bites in gravy. Ended up buying a couple of packs! This is a risk as my cat controls completely what he is fed; he likes best quality and variety. Otherwise no go! He's eating this - not all and not always - but he's giving it a go. Loves the gravy! And the fish versions best. Will add to his menu selection when he gets bored with his favourites. Thank-you again to the helpful (human - yay) advise on the phone. You love animals like me!
