My 1st order was not delivered directly to me i waited in All day nothing then I got message to say it had been delivered and left in porch .We don't have a porch .i have a door ring bell and I checked it nothing .I checked all down our street with neighbours that have a porch .nobody had it i contacted natures menu and let them know the gentleman on the phone was very nice helpful he checked it and could see it was delivered to our street but no particular house strange .so I put it on FBOOK nothing .Around 8pm our neighbour across the road but 2 down came to my door with the food. He stated his wife took it in thinking I had ordered something online . she was going out left it in the kitchen .so when he came in he saw our name on it and handed it in .But by niw it was 8hrs and more later the food had started to Defrost.next day Iphoned early to N.M and the same nice gentleman answered i explained and he apologised for all this .and he arranged a new delivery next day .which was very kind of him .He explained that the company were on the process of changing the delivery courier. So my 1st experience wasn't too good 😕 my sister has also used your company with no problem so I hope my next experience will be better .that's if my dog continues on this food

Always on time deliveries, informative email prior to each month's order if changes need to be made. Consistent and good quality products. Can't ask for more really.

I'm very pleased with the dog food and for the way it comes my dog enjoys the chicken 🐔 and its easy the way I pay as well Thank you.

I have had to postpone & then change delivery dayes at ahort notice and it was easy to arrange.

They have been having problems with their courier... delivered my parcel a day late and to the wrong address (34 miles away from where i live!) but thats not their fault. They qui kly took it up with the courier and arranged for another delivery fir the nexr working day, all within 10 minutes of me calling them. Big thumbs up to you.

Good food for my dog . The only food he will eat .We rely on this company totally . And they meet all targets

They're a conscientious company they do. Their best they are responsive
There website is a constant issue that lets them down when using a mobile to postpone or make changes to orders so I have to phone or email instead
They respond well to contact and do their very best to help
Their food is great I highly recommend it. It's aids my dogs digestion which I prize and value highly. They had an issue with delivery using ice bags to keep food frozen but the drivers would take to long to deliver causing defrosting or the driver dumped it on the doorstep not even ringing the bell
They now use dry ice which was way better and seemed to be delivered quicker so the meat was in good condition and the driver would ring the bell to let you know it's arrived but I fear that's starting to fail as my last order was teetering on the edge of being unfrozen so took to long to be delivered and the driver dumped the box without ringing the bell.. it's a shame as I recommend Natures menu highly esp for with dogs with delicate digestions so the food is perfect for dogs I think if dogs could choose they'd go for raw. Natures menu has healthy additions of fruit and veg so. I completely trust that my dog is having a optimal diet with all the vitamins and minerals that they require
My dog nearly died from parvo. His gut lining was attacked and bled from throat to bottom. However due to the quality and balance of natures menu his microbiome is restored and his gut is healthy as evidenced by his poop. I no longer need to use half as much probiotic as I previously had. I wouldn't or couldn't go to any other feed

Repeated failed and rearranged deliveries via current delivery partner, DHL. Product is great, but only when it arrives frozen!

Food is good but the delivery day was wrong

First frozen food order today 07/09/2026. The frozen food was still frozen but the base of the box was wet . Ice bags were water not frozen. That’s slightly worrying as the temp today is only 18 degs? I’m just wondering where the food has been stored for the ice bags to melt.

We have a subscription and it's always delivered on time, Making changes to subscription is very easy to do if needed.

Delivery service was excellent n the driver was very cheerful

I've fed Natures Menu nuggets to my dog for several years with half his diet made up with kibble. But have decided to go fully raw now. Nice quick delivery and the subscription price means it's cheaper than buying locally, so I can get a monthly delivery

Driver helped put the parcel in the hallway as it was very heavy

Great quality food that goes much further than many of its competitors. Feels expensive but when you take into account value for money, it's definitely worth the investment
