Great Stuff

I have been using Nature's Way products for about 2 years. Mostly I use the Sambucus, but I also take the Stress B-Complex and Vitamin E. I have seen great results since using them.

Damaged Delivery and Bad Resolution

My vitamin order arrived in a box that was almost completely open and clearly tampered with in transit. US Postal service dropped off the box on my porch and left. I contacted Nature's Way online via email and submitted a photo. Since it was the weekend, they replied by Monday which was great. And although the customer service person was polite and professional, it was clear from the start that I was at fault for not refusing the damaged item. First, I wasn't wearing my glasses and couldn't clearly see the gaping hole in the box, but could tell something wasn't right. That was confirmed once I retrieved the package. Secondly, I'm healing from a severely sprained foot and couldn't run to the door to stop the postal person.
Then I was told there was no record of damage by the postal service. Then I was asked to submit a photo, which I'd already done on their website, but I did it again. I was told upon review of the photo, that it appeared the contents were fine and I could use them anyway. I wonder, do I have the right to receive an order in an acceptable manner since I'm paying for it? I wanted a refund or a replacement. I didn't want the vitamins that could have been taken out and put who knows where. They were traveling across the country for a week! I paid to have these items shipped in a sealed box. I was told over the phone by a different person that the vitamins have a safety seal and were safe to consume. Finally, the original representative said I could request a refund. Nature's Way requires I submit a refund request AND PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK TO THEM. Bad. Bad. Bad. First time I've ordered from them directly and it will be the last. Blaming me, then telling me to consume the product anyway, but if I don't want to, pay more of my money to send it back to them. Honestly, truly outrageous customer service. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I’m pretty pissed

I’m pretty pissed, I just bought a Natures Way hair growth support supplement it says 30 tablets inside but I literally had 29. I counted it four times and there is 29 one is missing. I will not buy this product again, this is poor.

Nature's Way in the US is spammy & disrespectful

I emailed Nature's Way a question. Their reply had spam in the email. Then they sent me a separate piece of spam. I had to hit the link to unsubscribe five times. When it went through, I had to hit another button.

Fail!

On Trustpilot, I just clicked on a link to Nature's Way and the company showed me a screen asking me to sign up for emails instead of their website.

Double fail!

[This review is about Nature's Way US. Apparently the UK branch may behave differently]
