For me, the BRIDGE between me and my children is Ambika. She helped a lot in understanding and managing things with Manan. She helped in planning & tracking his schedule so much that now a days I didn't remind Manan for it.
Weight loss was his target. It took time to come on track with diet and exercising she suggested, but he is putting efforts
and now getting positive result as well.
He is deliberately working hard to reduce his screen time on his own, (which was my biggest concern).
He likes cooking but not cleaning kitchen after that but now cooking and cleaning both happening without our hard talks.
She very calmly listens to both of us and asks us to do minor changes and MAGIC just happens.
She beautifully explained how to respond and not to react on my frustration and anger feelings.
