Naturo Natural Pet Food Reviews 

Both our cat and dog love the wet food. My cat was throwing up from her previous food this has stopped that. And my dog used to pick at his food he now finishes his entire portion :)

My dog has your wet dog food and a small bag of the dried food already from a supermarket near me
So I thought I would get a bigger bag
Its really suites him

I regularly order Naturo gluten free dogfood and usually order enough to take advantage of the free postage. The last couple of times tins have arrived dented but this time they came in a sturdy box and all arrived in perfect condition.
My dog needs gluten free and this wet food suits him well. He likes all the flavours

My two Cavapoos absolutely love Naturo! Both the grain free wet and the dry kibble. I only wish delivery was more speedy. It’s nutritious, tasty and much more affordable than other brands out there.

First direct order with naturo. Very efficient service. Easy account set up and repeat order system. Delivery came when scheduled. Have set up 2 month repeat order, saves going to asda every week as they only ever stock one or two trays of wet duck food

Still an amazing product that my dogs love … however … Much improved packaging in my last two deliveries … no dented cans or ripped boxes !! Yay !!

Naturo itself is a very good company. They post the orders out very quickly. When they were using DPD as couriers the order arrived on time. The last 2 orders have been delayed as they appear to be now using Royal Mail.
Even taking into account Easter this last order was so late I had to go out and buy dog food from the supermarket. I am now searching for another company who do not use Royal mail.

First time ordering, and made a mistake in the house number for my address.

No way to correct this or cancel order on my end.

Customer support responds in 2-3 business days as per email, by this time the order will already be shipped.

They state to call the phone if it's urgent, regular business hours and no one picks up. No option to leave a voicemail either.

Delivered on time. Tried different varieties for a fussy gluten free German shepherd. Clean bowl in record time. Excellent value, unbeatable.

I’ve ordered from Naturo a total of three times. On the first occasion Naturo lost my order and I had to send a number of emails to the customer service team before my order was despatched. On the second occasion, two of the foil trays had burst open so I had to throw them away. On the third and final order I opened one of the trays and noticed that there seemed to be what looked like fat sitting on the top of the dog meat. My dog has previously been very ill with pancreatitis so I have to be very cautious with his food. When I peeled back the whole foil, the contents of the tray was completely mouldy at one end. I put the first and second experience down to bad luck, but having had bad experiences on three consecutive occasions I definitely won’t be ordering again.

Received a standard reply from Naturo to my review asking me to contact them. Much as I'd like to believe that Naturo will do something about my comments, I know from first hand experience just how bad their customer service is, so I won't waste my time! At the end of the day, Naturo already have my name, email address, home address, card details etc so why don't they try contacting me instead of paying lip service to my comments and those of multiple other customers who've experienced the same issue? They clearly have an issue in their supply chain which they're simply not addressing and having footed out £4,500 to my vets to deal with my dog's pancreatitis, I'm not prepared to purchase repeatedly substandard goods that pose a further risk to his health. I've found an alternate product and definitely won't be back.

Dispatched quickly but unfortunately not kept updated about delivery date by Royal Mail.

We did have a fussy miniature schnauzer who has now settled very well on a mix of biscuits and Naturo wet food. I have just bought Naturo dry dog food so hoping she likes this just as much.

Our dog does like Naturo but it would be nice if they did the 400grm in more
Flavors as she doesn’t like the fish so is stuck with chicken and turkey which are sumilar

Our dog loves the lamb and vegetable wet food. He has allergies so pure food suits him best.

This food was recommended by someone in the Bedlington terrier group I follow on Facebook. My dog had been having very runny poops so I decided to give it a try. Honestly, what a transformation! He is waiting as soon as he smells the tray open, doesn’t have to be encouraged to eat, clean dish every time 😃
I ordered a selection of food, tins in gravy, trays and dried. The tins and trays arrived within two days, still waiting for the dry food (we have had a bank holiday weekend). So far I think my dog prefers the trays, whichever I feed him there’s nothing left. More importantly, his poops are much better I can actually pick them up rather than scoop!
Definitely going to order more.

Nearly lost my dog feeding this! Bones bones and more bones built up caused blood in poo and gave him pancreatitis due to the build up! Absolutely awful product stay clear!!!!!!
