I wouldn’t recommend. I ordered 4x12 cans of food and almost all (34 of them) the tins were dented raising my concerns about giving these to my dog. They said some are “safe” for consumption, well if they are safe they can eat them themselves but I will not give this to my dog, thank you very much.
Edit: they haven’t reimbursed ALL the damages items, only 1/3 of them, again I will not risk it and they shouldn’t send me damaged items. In their website clearly says this: Should any product purchased from Naturopetfoods.com be found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product.’
Therefore you are in clear breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA)

Omg I didn't see these reviews!I've been giving this to my 15year staffy hoping, after reading that it would be good for her, because I could no longer afford her butternut box anymore. On Tuesday evening she became really poorly could not settle, had blood in her poo, breathing was very laboured, was up all night with her, I eventually got a appointment with the emergency vet as she was not good really poorly and I was so worried, she had a full check and he was fantastic but couldn't find the reason, I only fed her fresh cooked chicken that day and she seemed to be happier. She had a good night so this morning she had Naturo and within a hour she was extremely poorly again, I've been so worried and having not long had a massive stroke I can do without the stress and now finding these reviews I'm so so gutted I've given it to her and I have cause this. The ten foil lidded packs I still have for her will be put in the bin! Besides from not being able afford the £130.00 vet bill, I can believe this is my fault!!!! I've my 15yr old partner in crime really poorly when she is normally a healthy old girl!!!!!

Gone down hill
Gone down hill. I've been ordering Naturo for a while now but I'm now having no end of problems. I've had issues updating details online after updates and changes to their site. Now I'm dealing with leaking wet food from 2 different boxes. The last box was so vile smelling (like sick) I just ended up binning the whole box. I couldn't stand the smell to clean it up like the first one, it was making me retch. So frustrated at this point that I've cancelled my subscription.
Customer services have helped as best they can each time I've had a problem. But it's gotten to the point where I'm just having too many issues with it.

Good food. REALLY EXPENSIVE
Firstly there are other brands as good as this for a fraction of the cost. I now get bakers 32 pound for 12.5 kilo versus 11 quid for 2 kilo natural. No brainer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE RUDE ARROGENT AND A TOTAL JOKE.
Placed order. Rang naturo to change order. They sent wrong order and billed me wrong. THEY messed up and now want £7.20 for their error. They are willing to lose a £100 a month customer for 7.20 which is there error. They keep ringing me with arrogant woman demanding to sort what went wrong. I don't care what went wrong is their problem and they've lost my custom

I signed up and paid for a subscription after having it recommended to us by someone else on a large farm we live on.
They cancelled my order because it's the same address as the person that recommended them, there are over 30 people with dogs living in various buildings on farm, makes no sense.

The best pet food for my fussy…
The best pet food for my fussy chihuahua, she stands by the door at dinner time to remind us after years of trying to coax her to eat , I used to buy from my supermarket till they stopped selling it but buying direct is a breeze . Thank you Naturo .

I have been purchasing Naturo for my two dogs for years, they love the pouches & tins, I buy from Naturo direct & also other online retailers, I am now going to purchase the cat pate as one of our cats will not eat wet food unless it's squashed up, never had any problems with Naturo wet dog food, brilliant fast delivery, dogs love the Chicken/Turkey tins, good quality food at a decent price.

Caused diarrhoea
I purchased this food with being informed that it’s a natural product for adult dogs. I’m absolutely disgusted and now worried about my dog. She’s had severe diarrhoea the last two days since eating this food and now looking more closely at the tin it states ages 1-7 years old, my dog is 13. I purchased via home bargains online and nowhere did it state that there is an age range for this product. I’m massively worried about her now seeing that she’s usually fit and well

Made dog sick
Dog sitting and a friend of the dog owner brought over some of this Naturo Dog food, to mix with dry food. He had it last night and this morning I woke up to several puddles of diarrhoea.

My boy has IBD and colitis and very hard to get a food with fat % under 10. I really hope this will be the food for him he loves the Turkey one so far, amazed by the quality.

SHOCKING… I found Maggots,Mold and a disgusting smell, in my dog’s food. It was in 1 box… I do bulk orders so hundreds of pounds worth,
I then checked the rest. 4 of the box’s out of 7 I ordered had either Maggots,mold and a disgusting smell. Could not believe it. Had a good experience from third party supply Naturo but once I decided to go direct and buy bulk it’s been nothing but a nightmare… currently have nearly 50trays wasted and no where to dispose them

Salmon Naturo …hard to get .
I feed my 5year old cockapoo Naturo since he was a pup . He loves it but I find that poultry makes him smell so try to avoid it whenever possible . He loves the Salmon one but unfortunately I am finding it very difficult to source in Omagh NI where I live . Most shops and pet stores only stock chicken or chicken with lamb .

Naturo has a Store Finder tool where you can search for stockists near Omagh that might carry the salmon variety.

Websites like Pet Connection also stock the Grain Free Salmon, Potato & Veg 400g tins and deliver across Northern Ireland.

good quality tinned food
my 3 dogs are normally raw fed and have been since puppies but there was a prob with the last delivery leaving me with no food for them so had to buy some tinned to tide me over and chose naturo at the supermarket - well they all just loved it especially the salmon one and the bowls were licked clean so will be switching to naturo for good from now on and ordering direct from the website - happy doggies!!

Customer service if you need it is poor, unhelpful and just no way to treat a customer.
I spent £125 with them and will have to get rid of it as they want to charge a fortune to return it!
No where in their listing does it say no suitable for dogs over 7 years old, I read it all and no mention of it.
I get 192 packs of food delivered only to find out it's no good for my 10 and 12 year old dogs!

Our old girl unexpectedly had 12 teeth…
Our old girl unexpectedly had 12 teeth out during a dental yesterday. Although she has always been on Naturo, she will now be wet food only, so I ordered some of the senior food yesterday afternoon and it is being delivered to Cornwall today. Fantastic service! All 6 of our Romanian rescue dogs love the food.

Good value and easy to open packaging!
Our dogs are fussy eaters but they really enjoy this food. The tray packaging is also super easy to open (unlike other tray brands). It’s also good value price wise with a good amount of meat content.

Good alternative to raw
My french bulldog is on this he enjoys the duck and turkey and lamb as he has a chicken allergy and these have no chicken and he's thriving on this I would highly recommend this food 👌🏿 for frenchie owners

Dreadful customer service
I have been with this company for some time and have had occasional delivery issues it has to be said but since they have changed hands things have got decidedly worse.
Firstly when they migrated info over to their new very clunky website (which keeps saying oops there was a problem intermittently), they incorrectly and for no apparent reason put a VERY old address on my new account.
Secondly since having placed my usual order the items seem to have disappeared and I just keep getting passed between DPD and Naturo with no one sorting this.
Thirdly it doesn't help when there is no one to speak to after 5 or at the weekend.
I would avoid if I were you!
