I ordered an EPIRB and a PLB from them
I ordered an EPIRB and a PLB from them. Gave clear instructions that the EPIRB should be programmed for Poland where my boat is registered and the PLB for Switzerland where I live.
After waiting 4 weeks the devices arrived. They had both beem programmed for Poland. Contacted them immediately, recieved an email back saying it was Furuno's fault. It's now been 2 weeks and no further contact from them.
I will certainly not be using them again.
After this review they reached out to me and the problem has now been solved. So I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.

Je suis navré pour ce désagrément. En effet, ce type de balise PLB ACR ne peut pas être programmé dans nos ateliers. Nous avons bien pris en compte votre demande, et un retour en vue d’un remboursement est prévu — soyez rassuré à ce sujet. Malheureusement, cette procédure peut prendre un peu de temps. Notre équipe reviendra vers vous, je l’espère, dans les plus brefs délais.
Unacceptable service
Ordered one raymarine spart part in april. No delivery, no tracking, no info received. After my email they just say that some delay is expected but was non able to provide a data and my further emails remain unanswered. I'm going to ask reimbursement via Paypal. One similar material ordered via Ebay in USA, arrive by end of April. Do not buy from this shop.
