I visited Navidi hair company in Brackla to get my hair coloured, at first it didn’t go to plan due to a big miscommunication between me and a stylist of what colour I wanted my hair (mainly me to blame) however after speaking to many staff they could see how upset I was and went above and beyond to fix this by staying a lot later than the time they close and started again from scratch with foils and a toner, when it came to paying they totally discarded the original price and just charged me for the foils which me and my mum thought was extremely nice of them. I took up 5 and an half hours of their time so for them to only charge me for one appointment is absolutely amazing. Overall this salon has gone over and above my expectations and are extremely caring of their customers. Will definitely be returning
terrible experience…
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Navidi brackla. I was booked in for a hair treatment, colour and filler as recommended by one of the stylists there. They put 3 colours, one after another on my hair as they 'weren't happy' with the colourvnit taking! After the final colour was on, my hair was left with 3 obvious colour blocks. Dark roots, then orange and finally grey/purple ends. I had already been there 4 hours so had to leave. I returned to the salon the following day, to be told there was nothing that could be done, without going a block dark colour to "match my roots". Again not what I asked for.
I was disappointed with the response of the stylest and felt belittled by her. I was also disappointed that the manager didn't take the time to come and discuss my concerns with me.
I have since been to another salon, who advised that what I asked for was very achievable without damaging my hair. The new salon put foils and a t zone root dye through and it's exactly what I was hoping for. They also noted that my hair was an inch longer one side after the cut at navidi.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I left Navidis feeling awful and had anxiety about my hair from the 'advice' of the stylist. I have messaged the salon directly with my concerns but had no response 😕. I would not recommend this place

Had the worst experience of my life having a hair cut and treatment here members of stuff refused to wash my hair because they didn’t want to touch me .whilst washing my hair the man said aw even people like you need to relax and started massaging my head which was upsetting they made clear they didn’t think I was good enough for their establishment.only reasons I used this hairdresser is because I have health issues and have suffered hair loss and thought paying more ment I’d get expert treatment and help to help me from losing any more hair instead I went home in tears knowing I’m not good enough to be a customer because I have chronic illness and clearly don’t fit to their perfect image

It appears I’m the first person to review Navidi hair company. Well, buyer beware.
I ordered a hair product one week ago, website said delivery 3-5 days. After a week had passed, I emailed the company, but there was no response.
I telephoned the company on both numbers and they rang until there was no ring tone at all.
Now I don’t mind too long a delay on goods ordered,as long as I am kept informed, but to not even have any response to either email nor telephone means I feel I cannot trust this company to honour delivery of items they have debited my account for.
