I was recommended to use "HERE" by suzuki Shrewsbury as the new SD card I need would be cheaper to buy direct. After 3 emails and months of waiting I am using Ebay instead and hopefully I'll get the correct SD card from them. Useless customer service and complete disregard for private buyers.

Do not buy anything from this company, the SatNav update I purchased doesn't work properly as it doesn't recognise post codes. Over the last 6 months I have constantly chased them for a solution and now they tell me (at my own cost) to have the system reset by a dealership and then try to down load the update again. They never answer the question posed, eg, can a manger contact me, can I have a refund, will they pay to have the system reset.

This company sells products that don't work. Customer service can't / won't help you. I've filed a complaint at the local authorities. Stay away from this company. You're better of buying software else. This is a waste of your time and money.

Tried twice to get a jump drive from them that actually worked - on both Mac and Win it would not let me get past the step where it needed to d/l unlocking files. To make matters worse, IT DELETED THE DETAILED MAPS on my car (2013 Chrysler 300). I did get one of their reps to state "yes we've been having some issues with Chrysler systems". Really.

Don't waste your time and money

Worst experience ever. Six days, hours on phone with various tech support departments. So many trips between house and van. Vehicle does not recognize software update. Suggested that I take vehicle to dealer to analyze radio. $137. Not happening. Supposed to get money back once I return kit. Can't happen fast enough. Now I want the last six days back.

Terrible experience. Tried to order NAV DVD, order did not go through but was charged on PayPal anyway. Immediately called HERE and was told they would open an 'expedited review" with PayPal to get refund. A month later still under review with no resolution in sight. They refused to ship the DVD even though they saw my account had been charged. Told me not to contact PayPal directly. Bunch of BS. finally just filed a disputed charge claim with the credit card and it was handled in 24 hours. Just hope HERE did not get to keep any money. Will never order from them again.

Dreadful no response to enquires, have a year old Jeep with 4 year old maps, as no updates have been released,

Considering this is the official company used by Vauxhall to supply the VIN locked Sat Nav updates, I must say, it’s possibly one of (if not) the worst companies to offer after sale customer services.
I purchased a map update from these and after trying to install it, it didn’t seem to install correctly. So I emailed their customer services, to which I had to wait 3 days for them to respond. They asked my vehicle details and asked me to respond to the email they had sent. As asked I replied, waited another 4 days, no response! Replied AGAIN, another 2 days and they finally responded. Only to say another department will contact me shortly. It has now been a further 5 days (14 days altogether ) and I’ve still heard nothing. So be warned, yes, if you want map updates, you have no choice to buy it through these crooks, but if like me, you have an issue, don’t expect it to be resolved. My advice.......save your money, time and effort and use google maps on your smart phone.
