Dear NAZ Company,
Dear NAZ Company,
I am writing to formally complain about the engine I purchased from your company.
From the beginning, I was very disappointed with NAZ company service and communication. During phone conversations, staff used inappropriate language and swore, which is completely unacceptable in a professional business environment.
The engine has now been delivered, but it does not match the description provided at the time of sale. The engine is dirty, covered in oil, and leaking from the top cover and other components. This condition was not disclosed before purchase.
Additionally, the engine was advertised as having 57,000 miles. However, after inspection, my mechanic has advised that the engine appears to have done well over 100,000 miles. This is extremely concerning.
