Terrible communication
Purchased an engine back in October. I had to chase relentlessly for updates on when the engine would be delivered- after paying nearly £1,000 for the engine. I kept being told it would be “delivered tomorrow” … tomorrow took weeks. The engine finally arrived and it works thank God!
In April, I reached out to the garage again requesting a letter headed document confirming the purchase including the engine number and cylinder capacity to send to the DVLA. I have been calling and emailing since April, being fobbed off “yes we’ll send it today”, “can you send an email” I’ve sent several emails and not had a single response to any of them.
I still don’t have the information I require, and have had to seek guidance from another garage.
The staff were not rude, but I’m sick of being fobbed off and ignored. Would not recommend purely due to the lack of communication from them.
