Excellent service!
NB Radio provided great customer service! Within an hour after I ordered my new record player they called me to verify the order and the shipping address. The package and shipment information was emailed to me, and I could pick up the record player the next day from the post office! It was packed really well. So, 5 star service, great follow up, great packaging, fast delivery, and a fantastic product! I will surely buy from this company again.

Great service as desired!
I bought Sennheiser headphones and I am very happy with the service.
Paid easily online and the package was already shipped in the morning the next day so I received it the day after.
The package was in mint condition, unopened and the headphones were also the ones I ordered and they work well.
For now, I have no complains. I will update for an changes in the future.
