If I could give a 0/5 I would.
Worked for this company and my severe pregnancy symptoms were continually dismissed as if it didn’t matter - which was affecting my work.
Finally after a welfare meeting was raised notice was taken. However they had changed everything they had agreed to set up in the plan when it came down to my 6 month probation meeting which I then decided it was in my best interest to leave.
The company & staff caused me so much distress that I ended up becoming very unwell which also affected my unborn child.
To top it off, I was owed 2.5 weeks holiday.. this wasn’t paid to me and looking on my “payslip” received I was only entitled to £77? To add this was then taken off me to pay for tax bare in mind I hadn’t even worked for the company in over a month so the tax shouldn’t have been taken from me.
Raised this on with the management team who said they will need to raise it to payroll.. after continuously emailing to chase this up, I still haven’t received a response.
So despite the company pushing myself to the point both myself and unborn child where unwell, they’ve also taken all money owed from me and don’t respond🤨

Absolutely useless. They wouldn't uphold a complaint because they said they couldn't trace an email having been allocated to a particular department. Erm, whose fault is that? They accept i sent the emails as i repeatedly sent them proof but won't accept responsibility for the delays that occurred. This is just one example of their incompetence. 6 months later and back to square one.

Poor communication. Awful customer service. Have raised a complaint and you'd think they would consider this important enough to resolve the problem immediately. Not a chance. Still waiting for my issue to be solved. Very concerned that my credit rating will be affected by this incompetency.

I keep getting text messages either a link asking me to open it as there is an important message. After the 4th message I have looked online and can see it is a credit agency. No other correspondence received and what it is regarding. Terrible take over from an organisation. Zero rating from me and would prefer written correspondence before receiving text messages with a link. I will not be opening.

Like others, I have had my credit score trashed for a Duologi finance arrangement that I never had due it being cancelled back in January 2024. However due to an obvious admin error, NCO Europe have stated that I have missed over 6 payments to an account that was never opened in the first place. I have emailed enquiries@ncoeurope and had NO RESPONSE. I have raised a dispute with TransUnion to try and clear up this mess and also pursuing this legally - I would suggest you contact me to get this sorted ASAP.

Consequently my credit score has been impacted and we are now seeking legal advice.

It's now been two weeks and nothing from this company.yhe only response is from here about the review.i have had bad credit because this company are saying that I missed 3 months payments.brcause they say they refunded me the payment.but no refunds have been received.i even received emails on these months telling me that I was up-to-date with all.payments .I have never missed any payments for this company or any other companies.because I know what happens when you do.this company is so quick to mark missed payments on credit report.but are so slow to remove it.this company don't care about what they do.i have sent a number of emails and all they say is send them proof.why should I be doing there job .if they look at there own bank account they will see the payment or payments were never refunded to me.also when I asked about a settlement figure.they gave me a low payment figure.but then said it would be marked on credit report that a lump sum payment was paid.but will put full payment wasn't received.surly if you given a settlement figure.and agreed to pay the payment.then the credit report would be marked as paid full and settled.but no it will not be that as they still say that you owe the money.this company is the worst company I ever have dealt with.be vary care full

worked for this company,its non stop calls and they reward you with a 2010 salary. its essentially modern slavery when you really deep it, imagine only 22k in 2025?!

Changed bank in October in October they had taken a payment then November they told us the bank details were incorrect how can they be you used the same bank in October set up a payment plan that didn't work then set a direct debit in December same again no money came out was told by a number of different advisors all OK with my account today I have a missed payment on my account after truing to sort this out with different people have emailed the company and noone us answering me what a nightmare please help

I just found out that NCO Europe had taken of Duologi's loans from a negative review on Trustpilot. A couple of month's ago, I noticed a new Direct Debit from NCO Europe on my bank account. I had never heard of them and when I checked online I saw they had terrible reviews on Trustpilot so I figured it was some sort of scam and cancelled the Direct Debit.
Now I am getting letters from Arrow Global Massey about being in arrears. I have never been contacted by NCO Europe to let me know they had taken over Duologi's loans. I have tried contacting them a couple of times and am still waiting for someone get back in touch.
Update: After 3 attempts finally got to speak to someone who knew what was going on and helped me set up new Direct Debit. She was very helpful and apologetic so have changed the rating from 1 star to 2 stars

I had a letter from them then it was one from arrow but I don’t know what this sent is I never miss payments and I cannot get an answer from them and I don’t get a call back , not sure what else to do

My original loan was with Duology taken out in July 2023 at £98.40 pcm.
All my payments were up to date
My last payment was made on 7th August 2024 to Duology
I was not made aware of a migration to ARROW GLOBAL MASSEY
I was also not made aware NCO Europe Ltd was taking future payments
My first payment made to NCO Europe Ltd 09-09-2024 showing as First Payment NCO Europe Ltd
I contact my Building Society the Nationwide asking for a recall as I thought the £98.40 was a fraudulent transaction,the Nationwide returned my direct debit
I was only made aware 30-01-2025 by Credit Karma I was missing payments as I have sufficient funds in my account to cover my known direct debits
I have not received any correspondents to advise me I was in arrears
Today 30-01-2025 I have contacted NCO Europe Ltd for the first time for an explanation
I have brought the account up to date 30-01-2025 and have set up a new direct debit for future payments
The data reporting on me with the credit reference agencies is harming me
I have mortgages that need reviews and car finance coming to an end that needs replacing
I need a good credit score to service my financial liabilities and to keep me in good mental health
I have lodged a complaint with NCO Europe Ltd
I need an amendment on my credit file with the credit reference agencies
I take huge pride in normally having a decent credit score
If I don’t get a satisfactory outcome I will be speaking to the FCA and the ombudsman

I have now received correspondents dated 05-02-2025 stating Duology have sold out to Arrow Global Massey in June 2024 and direct debits will now be collected by NCO Europe Ltd
This is the correspondence that should have be sent out in June 2024!!

NCO Europe Ltd have said today Arrow Global Massey sent out an email August 2024 to inform me NCO Europe were now managing Duology clients - No email was received by me
NCO Europe claimed today they sent me a text September 2024 to say I’d missed a payment - No text message was sent to me
I’ve now lodged a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman
These two Companies have heavily impacted my credit rating

I've just got off the phone about 15 minutes go to rude person on the phone that was suggesting I was looking for argument just because I said what is the company name that apparently saying I owe money too.
Prior I already gave my personal details which he's saying that I need to give him, to get the information which I already did and then he comes out with but the DOB incorrect. I said it not me then, as someone use my details for scam in the past and then he says are you looking for an argument which was very very strange because I gave my details and I'm the least argumentative person anyone can say that so to hear that from someone I don't know it's kind of weird behavior and I think it's probably down to my name as it come across racist because nothing I said was argumentative. I have the rights to know as my identity been stolen a few times.
Now nothing will be resolved as I don't trust the person I was talking too and the company as I don't Owe anyone money.
They say never give your personal information etc but I did and still didnt get any feedback and i would love to find out who rhe rude racist person i was talking down to me too, for no reason.
Crazy behaviour.

Tried to make a payment. The website is ridiculous, it was for a one off payment. Not accepted! Tried to create and Register, not accepted! Tried to pay by phone,yes, not accepted!!! They also wanted to know how the payment was funded, nothing to do with them, I find this very intrusive.
Finally got through, and paid on the phone, took me an hour to do this! Ridiculous. Never contact you to remind you of payment. Tried to make a settlement offer, the website took the full balance, some of which I had just paid. What a bunch of bandits, If I could leave no or minus stars I would.

Amex debt was obtained by NCO. Payment plan was setup but no payments were taken by them even after providing my details. Tried to login but says my account is closed No communication was sent to me, they have my phone number and email address. What is going on! I'm happy to settle this but with no communication from NCO, it's quite difficult. Sent an email

Absolute joke of a company!!, so after leaving a great review two weeks ago for NCO after receiving an email to say my account has been settled in full due to personal issues, I was told it was now settled and to accept the email as acceptance of this. Today I received a call from NCO telling me a mistake was made and it’s not been settled after all so after closing my account two weeks ago they have now reopened it and I feel this is very unfair. You can’t just mistakenly send emails out which may I add had my account number and my name so hard to see how it was a mistake and now change your mind and try to recall it!!! As if I didn’t already have enough problems to deal with hence why I made an offer to settle in the first place!!

Debt paid online over a month ago but got a letter requesting it be paid again. I spoke to Jason who was very helpful, confirmed the payment was received and closed the account. If it were just about the interaction with Jason this would be 5 stars but there is no point in an web based electronic system that doesn't do anything without human intervention.
