We booked a 10-day holiday for two…
We booked a 10-day holiday for two adults and a teenager. I had done some research about where we wanted to go - but we didn't have the time to make all the bookings ourselves. Jeremie organised our itinerary, transport and accommodation. He made some excellent suggestions about hotels and was very helpful with making some itinerary changes. Once we were in New Caledonia, all the arrangements went very smoothly.

New Caledonia at its best with the best agent
Everything went smoothly and our agent Jeremie even kept in touch while we were in NC, helping sort any tours etc..

Brilliant self drive holiday in New Caledonia
Just had a brilliant 12 day self drive holiday in New Caledonia, and thanks to Jeremie of NCV, it went perfectly.
We had a warm welcome and great accommodation everytime, and before booking, all the details were patiently fine tuned to meet our wishes.
Our trip included stays in Noumea, Hienghene, Poindimie, and Sarramea. All fantastic destinations. We are nature lovers and also enjoyed reef snorkeling from Poindimie, and birdwatching with Isobelle Jollit in the parc de riviere bleu. Best planned holiday ever and most professional service - merci beaucoup Jeremie!

I should let you know however that the Chateau Royal has a few issues, nothing to do with you or Jeremie! When we arrived, we were given keys to a room already occupied! Then we were given a room that was not what I had requested. Then we were moved to another room where there was leaking from the bathroom onto the bedroom floor but we couldn’t be bothered moving again. We complained that we couldn’t sleep due to pillows/bed but they said there was nothing they could do. Even though the hotel is in a great location, the cost compared to other hotels, was very higher, higher than the Meridien, and it offered no extras. There were no discounts at the restaurants and no equipment for activities in the sea. There was nothing for children, and buffet breakfast was not great. I would definitely go back to a Noumea but won’t be staying there again!

Five star satisfaction!
Busy people may still find the time to do their research about their holiday destination but not want to make all the bookings. This was the case with us and Jeremie at New Caledonia Voyages was the ideal person to turn to in order to save time. Communication was prompt and courteous and everything arranged much sooner than I had expected. Everything went to plan and there was even after-sales service: Jeremie was keen to get feedback on our trip, to keep up-to-date with the products he promotes. Five stars!
