I am an oversea student. Before ordering, I have checked many videos and asked many questions on their Instagram. I have to say, it is really a good wig, although it cost me much. It is not too heavy for me, the wig I ordered is a full lace wig, the lace is good, 360 swiss lace?? I can't make sure, I can do many styles, and the braids are neat, and the customer service is nice. Thank you so much, neatandsleek, will order again.

Ordered the Zoey headband braided wig with a medium cap in color 1B. It is so bad I can't get over it. It cost over $225 and is a hot mess. The cap fits like an extra small, and they basically took a really cheap headband wig and then added very fat braids to it with loose ugly knots at the base that look like they will slip out any minute. There are big chunky gaps between the braids and you can clearly see the weft all over. The base wig is brown and doesn't match the 1b color that is braided in and then there are lots of short hairs sticking out of the braids.
To return it, you have to pay for shipping and because its heavy the shipping is expensive and then they don't even give you a full refund. This company is running a scam and send you a trash wig that looks nothing like what was advertised.

Ordered a lace braided wig march 6 2022 decided to cancel I have sent numerous emails even sent messages on instagram no response no refund no nothing this company is fraud and needs to be shut down immediately

The wig looks nice and braids are very neat. The main issue I have with this wig is the braids feel like straw. They stick my back and neck to the point I cannot even wear it. I paid over $550 for a wig I cannot even wear. I am so mad and disappointed. Save your money and buy one of the less expensive wigs if you want a braided wig.

I purchased a wig Judy to say the least the medium cap fit like a small and my head is small tracks were visibly seen where braids were in the back of my head. I was told to send unit back unaltered which I did out of my own pocket!!! I was promised a refund and all of my emails are being ignored and I received confirmation the unit has been delivered. My refund was supposed to take 2 to 3 business days and I feel I have been scammed due to my emails being ignored. Now I have to file a small claim in court so I can try to recover the refund I never received.. so disappointed I was in tears and still can’t believe that they have the wig and promised my refund upon receipt of tracking which was confirmed from the company.

The wig quality is good and the braids are very neat. The lace is nice and can easily be installed. The only issue I have is the weight of the unit. The wig is so heavy that it feels like my hairline is being pulled backwards by the weight of the wig. I wear a wig for protective styling and having my edges snatched out is not part of the plan. I have tried styling the unit different ways and even used a head band but the wig continues to slide backwards causing me much discomfort. The weight of the wig is about 3 lbs. I think it would've been better had they used a lighter type of braiding hair. I am in contact with the company to see what my options are. I paid a total of $299 including shipping which is way to much money for a wig that I can not wear.
