Lazy and overpriced

They didn't grease my brake when I asked them to because they're lazy. They will fix your car for you but you will pay 2 or 3 times as much as the average garage. Plenty or garages around so don't use neath hill autos.

Fix one thing, break another

I had an injector malfunction on my Kadjar. Wanting to get someone to repair it, without waiting a month for the Renault Service centre, I opted to approach this company. I called and they said the work could be done in a week. This was in September 2020. A week later I took the car in, the work was done, the injector replaced, and everything seemed fine. A month later I discovered a leak of fluids in my undercarriage. I thought it might be residual from the injector replacement, and thought it would go away. a year later the car was leaking so badly, I wrote them an email giving them opportunity to set it right. No response. I took it to Kwikfit for a diagnostic. They discovered some pipes were broken during that repair, and was now leaking fluids. They are ordering new parts, but it will cost me another £350 to fix this. NOT HAPPY. They probably thought after breaking these pipes, oh well, we'll close it up, let the customer drive away and we'll pretend we know nothing about it. We will just deny when there is a comeback...
