I am quick to complain so it’s only fair to compliment too. Since experiencing some initial challenges I’ve used the platform for a few transactions and found it very useful. The online (app) support leaves a lot to be desired but the email support is fast, efficient, courteous and friendly. I think the company is growing and takes onboard feedback and I would certainly recommend and will continue to use it. It’s best to confirm some of the T&C’s and product descriptions for clarity but overall, it’s an impressive offering.

I couldn't make a simple payment in AliExpress, I lost money transferring the funds from one Coín to another AND finnally transfering to another wallet. The worst part Is that your support team have not given any response to my múltiple request. I Will never use again your services again

It's a scam. They charged me for a physical card that never arrived, for more than 6 months, and they refuse to give me an answer, claiming they don't know how to track the shipment. They also refuse to refund me. In other words, they stole the 65 euros the card costs.

Bad service, they blocked my account, I presented all the backups and documents about my company, which is legally established in Bolivia. Still they are not valid for you. They do not provide the financial security that a user needs, nor the confidence to make large deposits of money. My company and my money are legal and meet all the requirements in my country.

I recently had to report Nebeus to SEPBLAC and the Bank of Spain for what appeared to be concerning and potentially illegal activities. My account has been blocked for over six months without any clear communication, explanation, or solution from the support team, I took the necessary step of documenting the issues thoroughly. I then submitted reports to SEPBLAC, Spain's financial intelligence unit, and also notified the Bank of Spain.
It’s unacceptable for a financial platform to withhold funds without transparency, and I wanted to ensure that the Spanish financial authorities are aware of this issue. I would advise anyone considering Nebeus to think twice and carefully research their track record with account security and customer service. If you’re facing a similar situation, reporting your experience may be necessary to encourage responsible oversight.

I’ve had a nightmare experience with Nebeus. My bank account, which had nearly 7,000 euros, was blocked almost two years ago. Since then, I’ve opened more than 40 support tickets, but not a single response. There’s no customer service, no phone number, no way to contact them – it feels like they’re completely unreachable.
They’ve also restricted my access to their website and my account panel, leaving me in the dark. Nebeus is holding my money hostage without any justification or communication, and I’m extremely frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this bank.
