Do not do business here, allowed me to kyc and open account and take btc loan for 18 months. Then locked the account. Sold my btc and closed my account.

Edited after Nebeus reviewed my case: After opening account and sending relevant ID requirements was initially told my account was closed. They didn't know why as a 3rd party deals with verification. I wasn't allowed to resubmit anything (there's no reason my verification should have failed). However after reviewing my case Nebeus kindly accepted my application and reopened my account. I have thus upgraded my initial review. Thank you Nebeus for reaching out to me.

Hidden fees after onboarding
You can’t use the bank without paying a monthly fee of 8 EUR, but they don’t mention this anywhere on the landing page or during onboarding. You go through the whole process thinking you can open a virtual bank account for free, and only after your identity is approved do they tell you that you have to pay.
No chance to even try the service first. So yeah, I’m just not going to use it. 🤷♂️
Happy to update my review if that's not the case, but customer support doesn't seem to care

Just got approved after some back-and-forth with KYC. It took a bit longer than expected, so I’d suggest Nebeus streamlining the process. Other than that, I’m happy with the platform. 4/5 stars for now.

Minor delay, but Nebeus came through
I had a minor delay with my USDC deposit, which was a bit unexpected since usually it’s done in just a few minutes. I was a bit concerned at first, but Nebeus handled it and everything went through eventually. It’s good to know they’re taking the time to ensure everything is right.

Nebeus Card worked great in my holidays
Just got back from a trip abroad and used my Nebeus Card the whole time. It worked great with no issues for payments or withdrawals. The auto-conversion feature is super convenient. Had my Revolut card as a backup just in case, but never needed it. Wish the monthly fee was a bit lower, but hey, sometimes you gotta pay for convenience. Definitely a solid choice for spending your crypto safely.

Solid addition
Really glad Nebeus added EURC. Having USDC is great, but with USDT out of the game because of MiCA, it’s awesome to have another stablecoin option.
