I hadn’t changed my personal laptop for some time as I like to make things last. I contacted NECL a while back when my old Dell laptop needed quickening up. They looked after my pennies then by recommending an upgrade as opposed to a replacement which was cost effective at the time and worked brilliantly for quite some time. However, when the battery started to overheat, I contacted them again for some much needed help. I like the way they genuinely think outside the box and apply what they learned from how I use the current laptop. They spoke with me to assess my needs prior to providing a recommendation for a new laptop. Not only did they look after the ordering they also did a great job of helping me get properly setup. I am delighted. Overall a great service and I particularly like the solution for managing all the passwords in my life. Highly recommended.

We have used Neil & James for many years now and have always been pleased with their level of support. They both have on occasions dropped important personal attendances to make sure that Goodwin's is back up and running as soon as possible on our case management system. They both are always available to help whether it is on the phone or by remote login.
